Sep 16, 2010I have been using Sony Ericsson G900 for more than a year.I had configured the ExchangeActiveSync 2.019 on the phone to work my official mails. It worked for at lets for 1 month and it stop working. It kept giving Sync Issues. I showed it to the Sony Ericsson service center but they said its an application issue. Even after reloading the software, i still facing the same issue.I purchased this phone consider this as one of its best quality but it does not work. Can anyone help me with this.

Oct 18, 2010Previously I had some other SE phones: K750, W300, W910. All of them had the Bluetooth Remote feature, with which I controlled Winamp on my PC. It was all fine. I like to change of phone, so now I got a W205, but I was very disappointed when I saw that there were no Bluetooth Remote .
So I have few questions:
- Why there isn't this feature, considering it is almost the same screen and software than my previous W300?
- Will I have this feature if I update my phone's software with the newest version?
- Is there any other solution available, such as a Java sofware maybe? I have heard of MobileWitch Bluetooth Remote Control, but I can't get it to work at all.
I really want to control my Winamp with my W205.

Aug 5, 2010First of all who has a landline number for SE, not customer support or any of them jokers, someone higher up the chain. I called SE about 5 mins ago and they are about as good a customer service as 3 and thats really saying something. I really fed up of the customer support who ain't there to support the customers. So I am going to go higher up the chain and speak to someone who ain't mentally challenged and who is not going to reply with just. Dec 5, 20108GB microSD works fine in computer but not in my Naite. During a file transfer process it prompts: 'Memory full. Delete one or more files of your choice' even when there is sufficient memory in the memory card. After this the memory card ceases to be detected by the phone and it hangs. I have to restart to resume normal functioning. Is there any problem due to the maximum limit of the memory card used? Memory cards below 8GB works fine in the phone.

Aug 12, 2010I have a Sony Ericsson K800i and until two days ago it was working just fine. But then it displayed the "No access to network." message and I couldn't make or receive any calls. I tried to restart the phone, to take off the battery, to reset the settings, to set a network manually etc etc but still nothing.
And while it is searching for a network, it is draining the battery too. It was fully charged this morning, and now it's only 25%. Normally, it should take 3-4 days to reach that power level. I should mention now that I'm in roaming in Munich, Germany since three weeks, and my phone bills are payed on time, so it shouldn't be an mobile operator problem.

Nov 4, 2010First off, a bit of background. I bought an ELM (unlocked) off of eBay. I was able to put an ASDA sim in and it is fine for calls etc. However, I'm very puzzled as to what is going on with the internet settings. I contacted ASDA and they sent the appropriate setting for my phone but whenever I try to use Opera Mini , Bolt, GPS or anything else Internet related the connection fails almost immediately. What doubly puzzles me is that if I press the O2 softkey a page comes up which says 'It looks like your using wifi (which I'm definitely NOT) but then that page allows me to browse to other pages (BBC etc). The phone has clearly originally been on O2 and it's almost like something in there has grabbed the internet and won't let go so it's the ONLY internet page I can access. I've tried hard resets as suggested by ASDA etc.

I have a Sony Ericsson W595 This afternoon I went to make a call and found I couldn't get into my contacts list - I'd press select and nothing would happen. The phone would not be frozen, however. Then, on my "recent calls" list all my contacts' names had been replaced with an "e" with an acute accent. Later, I lost signal so took the battery out and replaced it, which didn't help. My message counter and phone theme were reset but the time and date were not. I removed and replaced the SIM card, which also had no effect. I then put my SIM card in a Motorola Pebl and got full signal and could receive texts again, so I assume it is a phone fault, not a SIM problem.

Sep 21, 2010My German Hazel does not want to use Canadian WiFi! No matter if I am trying to login to my home WLAN or using an open hotspot - I get a mixture of messages but no WiFi access: "Out of network area, not available, error in communication etc.". I am not using any data plan, just plain prepaid on FIDO.ca - therefore a phone able to use WiFi.Sometimes the Hazel briefly logs-in to my home WLAN, but than immediately drops out on an ongoing basis, i.e. in/out continuously when in auto-login mode. If it stays in for longer than 30 sec. (rarely) and I select 'Internet' I am prompted to choose a network provider - something I don't want when using my WLAN. I never had the chance to use the browser or any internet service at all. I updated the phone software 2 days ago - no improvement!
