View 1 Replies View Relatedmy phones nexus 5 galaxie s6 when connected on my car radio if i receiver a call the phone ring in the radio i answer with the radio and the sound is from the cell speaker
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my car paired with my S2 Bluetooth. The other day I connected the speaker out on the S2 to the audio-in on the car stereo. I received a call while listening to an audio book on the phone. The car muted the audio in and answered the call. I could not hear the person calling. I think the phone was trying to send the sound out the speaker rather than the Bluetooth. When I don't have the phone speaker connected, Bluetooth works correctly.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've tried to increase the volume by going into the service code menu and replacing max volume setting to 100 but still it doesn't seem loud enough. Is there an app available which will increase the earpiece
View 2 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to completely turn off the speaker temporarily on the SGS2? If I put it on vibrate or silent, and go into an app (or accidentally press the home button twice - damn that button!) it will still play the sounds. But..I don't want the speaker off all the time, just at certain times of the day.
View 5 Replies View RelatedI've had my handset for just 3 days and the sound has stopped working. It works fine when I have headphones plugged in but nothing without.I'm going to try a factory reset in case an app I have installed is preventing the sound but I must say I'm pissed off as I've spent a lot of time customising it and getting it exactly as I want it...Anyone else had this? On another forum it says it might be the headphone socket sensor, so I tried plugging and unplugging headphones several times to no avail...
View 9 Replies View RelatedI've had this phone for 3 weeks. When I turned it on this morning it no longer was able to make noises from its external speaker. I missed a call because the phone didn't play the ring tone. I also noticed it doesn't work with speaker phone and pandora does not play music. I tried a factory reset from the settings - privacy menu but it didn't resolve the issue. I have sprint and the phone was purchased from newegg.
I don't believe it! after an hour it randomly started making noises again.. I didn't change a single setting since I gave up an hour ago. Is this thing going to be intermittantly reliable? I mean I have not touched a single thing on the phone and suddenly it started working correctly.
I initially tried to flash the Lite'ning ROM but then I got the issue where there is a boot loop with the (S) screen. Afterwards I tried following the instructions on this thread: [URL]
After this, my phone doesn't even go past the Samsung Galaxy S II screen (black and white) and just freezes there. The only way I can turn it off is to remove the battery pack. Fortunately I can still access recovery and download mode. I've tried redoing the instructions on the thread i mentioned several times and still no go. I have no idea what to do right now.
Every time I make a call on my GS6 the speaker phone comes on. How do I make it stop?
View 5 Replies View RelatedEither making or taking calls on my Galaxy S5 model I cannot hear the other side unless I switch the phone to speaker mode. Have I switched on something or other which is preventing the audio on the phone from working properly.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAs soon as I hit the green handset to start a call on my S5 with the Android upgrade, the display immediately turns off. I need it to stay on so I can sometimes use the keypad. Before the upgrade, the display would stay on for me. This is not related to the device setting for display timeout, as the timing is different than when the screen is generally on, but inactive. Also, the option to keep the screen on while I look at it isn't useful in this case. It used to work, then stopped with the upgrade.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have my S2 for some days now. and suddenly my speaker acts weird. Every time sound is played (keyboard, calls, music, ....) the speaker acts weird don't know how to describe it:
1) It makes the right sound so thats Ok.
2) While playing the sound, the speaker clicks on (you can hear a click).
3) Then it makes a noise (you can compare it when you put your speaker from your PC really loud but ain't playing music or something).
4) After that it makes the click again.
Is there a way to set the start page in the default Internet browser on a SM-G920T phone?
Whenever I exit the app and re-launch, it restores the previous session (i.e., it reloads the last page viewed).
I'd like it to always start on the page I've defined as my home page.
I have got a samsung Galaxy Lite (aka Spica)... i was trying to upgrade it but it died and now doesnt start up! I can't acces to recovery/download mode it just stays off! i'f i plug in USB it starts charging but nothing more...

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have a S2 with 2.3.3 installed. I did upgrade previously using Kies. I now want to connect the phone to Kies, but it does not work properly.I connect the phone to the PC and it is detected by Windows. I can even browse the files in Windows Explorer. When I start Kies, it just says "Connecting..." but fails after a while with error "Can not start service on device". The phone screens shows that I am connected to Kies.

How can I change it to play through the phone's regular earpiece? I've looked at the Sound settings, and couldn't find anything. Sounds are processed by the phone's default sound app. The volume is controlled through the Media volume control.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am trying to get my Jabra Freeway to operate correctly with my SGSII.Although in my list of contacts on my phone I have configured the settings to only show one set of contacts, (the ones I sync with google) my Jabra Freeway sees the other two sets of contacts. The ones on my sim card and the ones (I think) on my phone). How can I get rid of the sim and phone contacts but just keep the ones synced with Google so that when I try and make a voice operated call via my Jabra Freeway, I am not told I have 3 contacts with the name I want to call.
View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Galaxy S II has the annoying habit of having its screen go into idle or sleep mode and then blacken when I'm on a call. I want to have the "Phone" screen showing up at all times when I'm on a call, so I can access the speakerphone, etc. Is there a way to "lock" the screen in "Phone" mode when I'm on a call?
View 1 Replies View RelatedWhen I tap the phone icon I am presented with ALL activity (calls and SMS) listed by the name of the person called/messaged. I'd like to see just the phone calls I have made/received.
Is there any way to separate these two lists?
I just upgraded to ICS and now my call log screen shows all the incoming text messages I've received as well as the calls. This is the case in both Go Dialer, which I normally use and the native samsumg dialer.
what setting I need to change to make it just show calls again?
I use it when i call it keeps ringing but the phone i'm calling doesn't ring
