May 25, 2015I've read in the edge subforum, even my s6 flat has some problem when I try to view a photo in the gallery on landscape. It stuck in normal view. In other app (message,browser and others) it works fine? I've try wipe cache and wipe data gallery app but it still doesn't works.

May 22, 2012Recently upgraded OS to Ice Cream Sandwhich and noticed a few changes seems all good but when I receive a photo in a SMS I can't save it like I was able to before where you only had to save the attachement. Now I don't have that option under the menu button and therefore I can't foward the message save to PC or anything else I could before.

Nov 10, 2015I have a Samsung Galaxy S5/ Android 5.0/knox v 2.3
While adjusting my settings in Knox I switched to folder view, which has completely changed the knox environment. The main thing I now find is I can no longer toggle in and out of the knox container using the notifications area that you swipe down from the top of the screen, unless there is a specific notification, ie a new email.
The option within the Knox settings that I used to switch to folder view is no longer visible - the settings seem to have changed ( and more to the point, I can't remember the exact option) so I can't switch back.
Is there any easy fix to either add a toggle into the notifications area to enter/leave the knox container, or preferably to switch back from the folder view organisational structure to the standard environment that I assume is there by default?

Nov 18, 2012I am one of 5 people I know with galaxy sII. 2 of us have no problems with mms but the other 3 receive mms and the attached photo is not visible and a "downloading" message is in the message and the picture never actually ever appears. When the same people try to send an message with a photo attached it just says "sending" indefinitely until deleted. We have compared what functions are "ticked" in the message settings and we all have "auto retrieve" ticked and nothing else ticked. Is there something else that needs to be done?

Mar 21, 2012I have a problem with my GS2.Wi-Fi on and shows as on, but when going onto GooglePlay Apps/internet/Facebook/Twitter etc etc comes up with no connection. (laptop works fine at the same time so I know its not router problem).If I goto settings and take wi-fi off then put back on it works fine, emails come thru.
It seems lik eI have to keep doing this during the day constantly, anyone else had the problems?(Wi-Fi sleep policy under advanced in wi-fi setting is set to never so thats ok)

Aug 2, 2012I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 and am trying to connect it to my TalkTalk Broadband. I am not technical. My IPAD,Dell,TV, HTC,PC all connect without problems to the Router (DSL 2780) and without me having to make any adjustments. The SGS2 however, refuses to connect to the Router - yes, I have checked the Router passwords etc.. I just get " Authentication Error" message. I was able to connect the SSG2 to a Hot Spot I created on the HTC phone - so, the phone is obviously ok. There must be a problem with the settings on the Router - however, all other devices connect without a problem.
