I downloaded the right ovi appstore version... and i plugged in my new nuron 5320 or 5230 whatever the number is... I selected pc suite mode.. the ovi suite does not seem to pick it up.. it cant connect with it. I have installed all the drivers by previously selecting the mass storage mode and it installed drivers but its not working... Im using windows vista SP 2

I recently got a new Nokia Nuron and I absolutely love it. But when I began browsing through the Ovi Store and decided to try and download some free apps, I get to the downloading screen but that's as far as I can go; the downloading bar never goes past 0%. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Is it maybe because I have no internet plan? I've tried to make new screen names and looked up online everywhere on this issue but still can't find an answer.

The Nokia has a 3.5 mm jack, thus an adapter is necessary. I've scoured the web and found very little. I tried an adapter called the Headset Buddy that failed to work with the 5230: URL...
It seems that the adapters out there only support the audio going from the phone to the headset, and not for carrying the microphone signal from the headset back to the phone. (In otherwords, only to be used for listening to music.)

When I connect it to my computer with the usb tongle cord it gives me a few options. No matter what option I pick XP recognizes it and tries to install the driver for it but it can't find one and no cd was provided with the phone.Any ideas on how to get this to work? How do you make a video call on the Nokia Nuron 5230? I noticed there was a small camera on the front of the phone screen, byt the ear speaker... Did some looking around and it's a secondary camera that can only be used for video calls. Yet, I cannot find anything about how to make one.There's no option for it on the phone either, that I have been able to find.

I've downloaded some apps and themes and I want to make sure they get transferred to the new card. I tried doing a full backup and restore using Ovi Suite and some of the downloaded apps made it and some didn't. I tried to re-download some of them from Ovi Store but Ovi Store seemed to think they were still there and wouldn't let me download them again. Is it as simple as copying the contents of the old card to the new card?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI tried to update my phone's firmware from v4.13 to v5.16. I downloaded NSU and everything was fine until at some point during the update I had to recover the connection,a couple of times,but after that according to NSU the update was successful.
I looked at my 5320 XpressMusic and it's screen's backlight was turn on but the screen was black,the keyboard and everything else were(and have been since then) off and showed no signs of life. I removed the battery and tried to turn in on but all I got was a vibration and backlight,no sound no handshake no nothing.I can't even turn it off so I have to mess with the battery every single time i want it to restart......
my phone cannot send message..but my phone can received message...outgoing and incoming call also no problem...i've try to switch my SIM card to other phone...it seems to be ok...but..when i switch back to 5320..the same problem occur....
View 6 Replies View RelatedSince yesterday the phone keeps getting stuck on "Opening" when I get in any of the galleries (Photos, Videos, Animations, etc.), and when I try to access any of the multimedia content via /Config/General/Personalization, and stuff like that. The only way to access it its through File Administration. It gets a little slow opening the pics and videos, but get the job done, however, it isn't the same thing.Any thoughts on how can I fix it? I has been driving me mad.
