How do I change the default text color in messaging on a Nuron 5230?If that cannot be done in settings, can it be done with a theme?What is required to make themes, and/or edit them?
View 4 RepliesI updated N8 to Anna. Everything is fine except one issue. In one of the home screen, I have may gmail mailbox added as a widget and preview messages appear in blue color. Previously, the text used to be in white before ANNA update. Now I don't see any option to change the color. How to change this color ? Even when I go to the mail's inbox, I see the same color - blue.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo I have a T-Mobile SIM (SIM slot 1) and an AT&T SIM (SIM slot 2) in my 950XL. In the T-Mobile Messaging app, the text is in blue. In the AT&T Messaging app, the text in purple. I want to change the text color in each app but I haven't found a way to do so.

The Nokia has a 3.5 mm jack, thus an adapter is necessary. I've scoured the web and found very little. I tried an adapter called the Headset Buddy that failed to work with the 5230: URL...
It seems that the adapters out there only support the audio going from the phone to the headset, and not for carrying the microphone signal from the headset back to the phone. (In otherwords, only to be used for listening to music.)
I just purchased the new nokia nuron and am wanting to use it as a modem for my PC. Does anyone know how to do it?

When I connect it to my computer with the usb tongle cord it gives me a few options. No matter what option I pick XP recognizes it and tries to install the driver for it but it can't find one and no cd was provided with the phone.Any ideas on how to get this to work? I tried just sending the picture via email but its stuck qued each time I try to send it.

I haven't been able to figure out how to enter data as latitude longitude instead of a regular address. I found the GPS info that converts your location to lat / long is there a setting to change the data entry format when searching?

I selected pc suite mode.. the ovi suite does not seem to pick it up.. it cant connect with it. I have installed all the drivers by previously selecting the mass storage mode and it installed drivers but its not working... Im using windows vista SP 2

But when I began browsing through the Ovi Store and decided to try and download some free apps, I get to the downloading screen but that's as far as I can go; the downloading bar never goes past 0%. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Is it maybe because I have no internet plan? I've tried to make new screen names and looked up online everywhere on this issue but still can't find an answer.

How do you make a video call on the Nokia Nuron 5230? I noticed there was a small camera on the front of the phone screen, byt the ear speaker... Did some looking around and it's a secondary camera that can only be used for video calls. Yet, I cannot find anything about how to make one.There's no option for it on the phone either, that I have been able to find.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI changed the Default applications | Browsing internet setting from Web to Opera Mini. This does not seem to affect anything. Unless I actually start Opera Mobile, any application that has a URL link will start the default N97 browser instead of Opera Mobile.
Is there something else I need to do in order to change the default browser on the N97?
I remember that it was possible to change the wifi TX power level from default 100mW to e.g. 4mW on Nokia N95 to save battery life --> Menu> Tools> Setting> Connection> Wireless LAN> Options> Advanced Settings" and then "Automatic config> Disabled> TX power level> Options> Change".
Now, on a Nokia 701, I was searching for that option but couldn't find it.
For some reason when trying to use either the AOL IM or Google Chat client, the phone doesn't make any audio notifications of new messages in a conversation. I've made sure that under more/settings play sound on new messages and vibrate on new messages are checked, but the phone doesn't do that.
