Just got my X6 16gb. Is there any way that i can extend the screen locking time or even stop it locking itself. Also, I'm using the 'You Tube' app that came with the phone and whenever i try to watch a video, it takes ages to buffer then plays about 3 seconds before buffering again. Is this normal?

I keep missing calls when I can't get it out of my purse fast enough or even when it's on the other side of the same room. My carrier is AT&T and I have the pay as you go (Go Phone) refill plan.

I love the Toast notifications on my Icon, which has Windows 8.1 through Verizon. The only problem is that they only display for a few seconds and they usually vanish before I can get to the phone to see what the notification was, and as far as I can tell, there's no way to pull up a list of old notifications. So I'm wondering if there's any way to make these notifications display longer. Right now, they seem to be about five seconds and they're gone. I'd like to extend that to at least ten seconds. And is there any way to pull up a list of old notifications so I can see what I might have missed when I was away from my phone?
View 9 Replies View RelatedEither when making a call or receiving one, the screen goes black so you can't answer or hang up. Pressing any of the keys makes no difference whatsoever.
Once the caller cancels the call, the screen lights back up. It happens whether the keypad is locked or not.
Really strange, it's only intermittent but really annoying when you can't answer your phone?
I am sure that this issue has been raised before but it is the one aspect of the BB9700 that is driving me to distraction. What profile settings should i use just to get the darn thing to ring for 20 secs - both in and out of its holster? (I have tried the code to extend the time to 30 secs but it does not seem to work with Orange UK).
I just want the phone to ring like a phone without LEDS, vibration etc. At the moment, I need the hearing of a 5 year old and the strength of a 20 year old to get to my phone before it trips over to answerphone.I am on OS593 and I have tried battery pulls etc. I am also using a ringtune rather than Classic Ring.
I read several places in connection with the new 2.3.5 update it will be possible to separate screen time-out time from screen lock time. So that you screen would go dark after fx. 15 seconds and lock after 60 seconds

This dosent happen every time but at least once or twice a day. The power button will turn screen on and off but the screen is totally unresponsive to my inputs. I have tried factory resting it to no avail.

View 15 Replies View RelatedMy E7 is screen is freezing up after a phone call or just after general use. It keeps happening every day. I must force a power rebooot to get the phone working again. I have called Nokia and have exhusted every option which included reloading Bella. Last resort is Nokia want's me to send my phone to Texas for a tech to investagate the problem. I think there is some kind of software problem with the locking of the phone screen and the locking switch logic on the side of the phone. When the problem happens the sceen will not work to my touch. The sceen freezes without touching.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have had a Blackberry Torch 9800 for 12 months and I removed it from my vehicles "Hands Free Kit" and put it in my phone holder on my belt. When I removed the phone from my holder, the screen was black and frozen and none of the button worked, not even the touch screen. The phone works correctly if I open the slide but shuts off when I close the slide again. When the slide is opened I have no on screen typing and have to use the keyboard on the slide. When I put the phone back in my hands free kit, the slide needs to be closed so I cannot answer any calls or use the touch screen.

After downloading an application from App World, when you run the application for the first time, it will ask you if you want to "share personal information." Whether it is checked or unchecked, the screen just freezes up after clicking "OK."
This is a brand new device and I am already experiencing several screen lock up issues. I have already done a hard / soft reset, as well as a battery pull. I have also uninstalled the application and re-installed it, only to have this issue continue.
I accidentally dropped my phone and managed to ruin the microphone, so for the moment i use my headphones as michrophone. I have noticed though you hang up the call when pressing the powerbutton, with this setting i cant lock the screen while in a call with headphones. Wich mean i cant have my phone in my pocket while having a call. The phone i am using is a Sony Z2 with lollipop 5.0.2.

My iphone 5 keeps randomly locking, and even prompts to turn itself off. When hovering my finger over the lock screen button, it does the exactly the same thing.. without even touching it. However, the button works! It clicks when pressed so its not an issue with the actual button.

I thought the battery had died or become disconnected, so I pulled the battery, put it back in, and plugged it in to charge. I came back to my phone's screen going haywire.
