Jun 22, 2011i own a 5800 and when i tried to access to the memory card through the file manager it says the card was corrupted. but when i inserted the card in a memory card reader, it works accept that i cant eject it and a pop-up window came out saying an error occured while ejecting the card. it is a 8Gb memory card. i found a solution similar to my situation but is there any other alternative ways that doesn't require me to download huge files?

Oct 24, 2011for something reason, my phone started to be DAMN slow and laggy, when i try to go menu, it takes about 10 seconds to get to menu, and all is laggy in this phone. When going to file manager, seems it doesnt find memory card, even it is inserted.Then when removing memory card, phone works normally and not slow, fast. Nov 9, 2012When i switch it on it works very good no problem at all it asks for the pin code i enter it is acceptet i text messages i speak on it but suddenly i get "insert sim card" and if i press ok the phone is switching off and i get this error like every time it may be 2 hours it may be 10 minutes. I tried to put a piece of paper on it to make the contact even harder but it didnt work i also checked if the sim has problems and doesn`t.

The phone seems unable to detect it however
The card works fine on the PC, and I tried out a couple of other microSD cards (lower capacity though - 2 and 4 GB) in the phone, and they work fine as well. So it's just this combination of 32 GB card + N8 phone that seems broken.

Jun 11, 2010I have used Blackberries for the last 4 years and have now "upgraded" to a E72. I cannot get my business email through MfE. I have checked all the settings, I have confirmed the settings with my IT team and I have done everything recommended in previous posts. Any suggestions or should I reject the E72 and go back to Blackberry. If I can't get my business email this device is of neither use nor value to me.

Nov 2, 2011I was trying to back up my memory card (5800XM) via Windows XP - copying/pasting - and several corrupt files were thrown up.e.g "22%.dat" in the Private....CacheE folder, a file for Opera Mini DS folder Even when I deleted 22%.dat from the phone, it was miraculously resurrected as soon as I tried to copy over again. Do I have to reformat the card & reinstall Ovi Maps, music / image files, Apps again ?
