As per the Nokia website, the C6-01 can support upto 32 GB memory card
I want to know does the c6-01 support clas 10 external MicroSD Memory Card ? let me know c6-01 can support upto what class.
i own a 5800 and when i tried to access to the memory card through the file manager it says the card was corrupted. but when i inserted the card in a memory card reader, it works accept that i cant eject it and a pop-up window came out saying an error occured while ejecting the card. it is a 8Gb memory card. i found a solution similar to my situation but is there any other alternative ways that doesn't require me to download huge files?

When going to file manager, seems it doesnt find memory card, even it is inserted.Then when removing memory card, phone works normally and not slow, fast. The phone states that the card is corrupted.To test the card I have tried it both in a pc and a Samsung phone and have both recognised and utilised the card correctly. View 6 Replies View RelatedLike always, on previous Symbian phones I have locked my memory cards with passwords and if you were to insert that locked card into another Symbian phone, it would immediately ask you to enter the password. I did so with my old phone (Nokia C7) and now after inserting that locked card in the 808, nothing comes up.. it doesn't ask for a password input. I am now stuck with a 16 gigs locked micro SD card to which I know the password but I can't unlock it! I know for sure that password protected cards will not show up on computers and it doesn't show up on my gf's Android either. I have been to a Nokia care shop and they have tried with other Nokia phones but nothing worked. They suggested using the phone it was locked with but that's not a possibility because it was broken into pieces and sent to Finland
What else can I try to be able to unlock/input my password into this SD card?
after i had upgrade my N8 from anna to belle i discover that the memory card is locked maybe i would have to read first about all before i upgrade but any way i didnt,so i try to find a way to unlock my memory card with out formatting, coz i got important media on itso can i find a way to do that ?

- I'm moving files, not copying so it shouldn't need any free space.
- Even if it did need free space there is more than enough available on the card.

Now i want to ask you people that can i really use 32GB crad in it or shall i buy 16 GBs card instead? I am asking this because some of the dealers at my place said not to use maximum-supported card in nokia as it can hang or freeze the mobile. So, is it true???Also, since i can't get this card at my place i am planning to buy it from Ebay.in. I never used that site or any other site for shopping. So, is it safe and trustworthy or shall i get the card from any shop??

Music player is unable to load music files which are stored in memory card. I even updated the phone software but unable to solve this problem, but other files such as videos and images.
