after upgrade my N8 to Anna, the new browser load very fast sometime but other time load very slow and get suck at the beginning of loading or the end for long time.

View 4 Replies View RelatedWas installing apps from the marketplace while listenting to music via Spotify, suddenly the phone froze and got stuck. after a few tries i managed to restart the phone by holding the powerbutton in for aproximately 10s. now its stuck on the Nokia screen, hard reset didnt work (holding down - vol.down, power and camera button) soft reset didnt work, obviously. what am I suppposed to do now? I only played with it for 30 mins then it died?
edit: it also seems, its not charging via the adapter that came with it? upon additional soft resets holding powerbutton in) it comes up with battery icon with one red brick, then it seems to restart and vibrate, before it gets stuck on nokia screen again. until i reboot it again. will let it stay on the nokia screen for the night, let's see what happens.
I recently updated my ovi store on my N8 AND SINCE THEN i couldn't download anything ? I open Ovi Store normally and browse through applications normally. Under my account tab there is a circle going endlessly. And also i cant find more info on apps as when i try to open a app to download i see a circle going endlessly.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy gf 701 was freezing terribly, first she told me that the hardware keys & unlock slider not functioning just the touchscreen and the power button,this happens to my n8 sometimes, i usually restart it and its back on track, i did 2 backups (one full backup & other without phone settings and apps but everything else) with Nokia Suite ,i did soft reset ,when restarted ,same thing, hardware keys & unlock slider not functioning ,then tried hard reset, after hard reset, it acts like it's now booting up showing the dots, but soon after just shows black screen, when connected to Nokia Suite it doesn't recognise the phone, is there any way i can fix this by loading back firmware? if so what program should i use?

I have just upgraded from a Nokia X6 to an N8. I use the calendar function a lot but have noticed that when using it it is very slow to do anything. If I create a new event it takes a few seconds after I press a key for things to happen. The X6 calendar didn't have any issues of this kind.Also, on the X6 if the calandar alarm went off and I didn't touch the phone it would keep going off every 10 minutes, the N8 calendar alarm goes off once and that's it!

The message app is taking a plenty of time to send a message, the screen saver takes almost 8 seconds to come up...so everything is pretty slow.I already restarted my phone several times, but it stays the same.

I was impatient with my 3GS on occasion..but not enough to complain about. With the iPhone 4 the data connection just spins without any movement. Signal strength doesn't matter. Typically I have five bars and still painfully slow-even just sitting on a table without antenna interference.Anyone else have the same experience? I'm wondering if I have a defective device?

When I send a message I have to wait 10-20 seconds before the phone becomes usable again, and it takes about 10 seconds to open a new message too.
I downloaded SwiftKey-X...and every time I reboot the phone..the dock first loads some of my apps..usually the last downloaded apps.Example..i switch the phone on, and where my contact/messaging/phone icons are..are now, FireFox, and 2 or others.This eventually fixes itself after about 15 seconds.If i remove SwiftKey, then this doesn't occur at all.

I am consistently disgusted on how dumb the focus on the 808 is. I have countless photos where everything on screen is blurred out even with focus light on and Human faces detected by the actual camera. Sometimes I have to touch focus 3 times to get a non retarded full screen photo. And consistently the shutter speed is too slow for clear photos. This is all on default automatic mode.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo lately, I've been having trouble with my storm running very slow. It does the "loading" graphic, or the spinning clock, or whatever it's called ALL the time. I pop my battery all the time and it doesn't seem to help. And the Storm will do this even when I have barely anything open. For example, at the moment, if I press the menu key, the only programs I have are my browser, BBM, the home icon, message icon and phone icon. That's it. But every time I pick my phone up to do something, I get the loading thing. I tried clearing my browser cache, but that didn't help. I also deleted a bunch of saved y!m message logs and deleted some pics, but still no go. It never used to be this slow, I have Verizon Wireless, and I'm running on V4.7.0.148.
