When I'm about to send a text and choose a recipient, there's like a 3-5 second delay? It's annoying, anyway to fix it? Also when I log into Facebook, it just shows the loading circle for a long time. I would have to click on news feed for it to be normal. It never used to do that.

I recently had a warranty replacement on my HTC One, and after using the HTC transfer app to move my data over, contacts with a long history of text messages are now super slow when I try to send or receive messages, or even look at them. I don't want to simply delete the text history -- ideally I'd like to 'archive' them in such a way that I can open them on demand rather than having them open each time I try to send a text message to them.
Want to clear old messages from the Android messaging app so that it will run faster, but don't want to completely lose the message history.
I just bought a sony xperia z5 and am very disappointed how long it can take to open the camera application via holding the camera button sometimes 3-4 seconds.

My phone charges sooooooo slow when I plug it into the USB on my computer with the data cable. It takes a couple of hours to go from low to 50%. This just started happening and.
It doesn't appear that anything is wrong with the cable - I've only used it a few times. A lightning bolt is appearing and it is charging for sure. It hasn't always done this - or at least I don't thinks so. I've backed up and restored data on my desktop through the USB without a problem.
My phone is slow and overheats then the battery drains super fast. i also seem to have a problem with the google playstore. I can't log in as its giving me the error feedback...
View 3 Replies View RelatedI transferred/restored all my info and apps to it used it all day till night perfectly fine. It was fast, wifi working fine, etc. Then tonight I installed Go Launcher on it and played with it for like 10 mins and then noticed wifi stopped working. I turned wifi off and when I tried to turn it back on it failed, I kept trying until wifi turned on. Mean while the phone was super super slow so I turned off power saving mode but it didnt work. Then I noticed wifi started turning off on it own. My next step was remove Go launcher but it didnt fix anything, the issues stayed. Next I reset it to factory setttings but when it came on, wifi was failing (and phone slow) even during the initial set up wizard.
The phone was completely fine during the whole day.And my biggest worry is that this is an exchanged phone. I originally got a supposedly new s5 from ebay, (from a guy with thousands of reviews/transactions and like 98% positive score) but eventually I realized the battery was fake and that the IR blasted didnt work. He agreed to exchanged it and I received it yesterday and now today the phone has already failed but in the weirdest way possible by being completely fine for the majority of the day.
i have some songs on my storage card, and when i play it using media player, it takes like about 30 seconds if i want to skip to another song serious i made a hard reset and still doing it.... i tried with different micro sd card, but nothin, still the same, the hd2 is fast for any other app, but i just have that issue... any knows a solution? i already updated music library also !!
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm having a really weird problem with my phone. The wifi connection is super slow on my Nexus6P, but on my macbook it is fine as it should be. I tested on two more phones, one iPhone and my OnePlus one, wifi works fine on both of them.
I tried restarting my phone and nothing, I did a factory reset on my phone and the same problem still happens.
When I did turned of my router for like 2 minutes and then turned it on again, the wifi connection on my nexus6p worked fine for some minutes and then got slower again.

Loading web pages ..especially on Howard Forums and sending emails is exceptionally slower than on my 3GS. I can't compare yet because I'm waiting for my sim adapter. I was impatient with my 3GS on occasion..but not enough to complain about. With the iPhone 4 the data connection just spins without any movement. Signal strength doesn't matter. Typically I have five bars and still painfully slow-even just sitting on a table without antenna interference.Anyone else have the same experience? I'm wondering if I have a defective device?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI downloaded SwiftKey-X...and every time I reboot the phone..the dock first loads some of my apps..usually the last downloaded apps.Example..i switch the phone on, and where my contact/messaging/phone icons are..are now, FireFox, and 2 or others.This eventually fixes itself after about 15 seconds.If i remove SwiftKey, then this doesn't occur at all.

Since loading Lollipop, on G3 Verizon.....several apps will not load at all, and most others are very slow. Should I give it a few days to settle in. Google apps are slow, also?
View 10 Replies View RelatedSo lately, I've been having trouble with my storm running very slow. It does the "loading" graphic, or the spinning clock, or whatever it's called ALL the time. I pop my battery all the time and it doesn't seem to help. And the Storm will do this even when I have barely anything open. For example, at the moment, if I press the menu key, the only programs I have are my browser, BBM, the home icon, message icon and phone icon. That's it. But every time I pick my phone up to do something, I get the loading thing. I tried clearing my browser cache, but that didn't help. I also deleted a bunch of saved y!m message logs and deleted some pics, but still no go. It never used to be this slow, I have Verizon Wireless, and I'm running on V4.7.0.148.

I downloaded a few apps and all of a sudden it started showing the little loading clock on almost everything I ran, so I deleted a few apps and voala!. It was working good again.
