I upgraded to Belle this weekend but now the chat app doesn't work. I got it again from the store, and now it only shows as a widget, not as an app, but it simply doesn't work.I click on the widget, there's an update on the screen so the touch seems to have been recognized, but that's it, nothing happens after that.

Usually, Google Talk supports multiple clients being active, you can have it running at the same time on your PC, on your laptop and your android phone. But not on your N8 phone! The client on my Nokia works, but as soon as another client is started, say, on PC, it disconnects.

(this step made me lose all ovi apps such as maps, store,...etc)Connected the phone to OVI suite and made a software re-install but also wasn't helpful still the contacts do not work and lost the most important apps.

After restaring the phone it works fine. An even more annoying problem is that when this has happened my phone doesn't receive calls either. I've heard that people have tried to call me and it has rang normally but my phone doesn't show that someone has called me. Otherwise the phone works fine so I newer know that it is in this "problem state" until I try to make a call.Software version is 025.007.240.02

Two moths ago, there was an update to nokia chat. I've installed it, but afer that nokia chat ceased to function. When I entered it, it just said "Service temporarily unavailable.lease try later". Same thing happened with Social. I hoped that this would get solved with symbian anna, but it didn't. Now, when i enter the app, only the loading screen appears, the one with welcome to ovi, an then nothing. It just exits the app. Note that I uninstalled and reinstalled these apps many, many times, but still, they do not work.
