First off, yes, I know how I should be able to delete apps from the N8.My problem is that since I downloaded an app named "Banzai Nihon Go" I cannot even navigate the Applications folder. As soon as it opens, my N8 freezes and I have to restart.Because of this, I tried connecting to my (Windows XP) computer in mass storage mode, to try to find the app in the drive and delete it that way. But in usb mass storage mode, it will only show the memory card (which I don't even have one!). The phone won't show the 14gb E: drive in mass storage mode!!So now I cannot open my Applications folder without freezing my phone, and cannot delete the bad app which is causing the problem!
Today I made a mistake by updating my Nokia C5-03 because it changed some things, like now the clock is bigger and I have emoticons/smileys in writing messages. I don't like it at all, I know I can't disable emoticons, but can I remove the entire update I made? I only went to settings, phone management, device updates, check for updates and I downloaded them.

Few hours ago I just bought a new N8. It has in it TopApps and Ovi store, I wanted to remove Topapps but it continue to deny the operation. I tried soft reset, hard reset and in the ned 4 buttons reset. I tried also few solutions offered here in nokia forum but still without any sucess. Anyone know how to remove this software called mobitracker? i installed it 3 days ago and suddenly it started sending messages to my contacts saying my imei and that my mobile is stolen and i have it right here!!!! i tried uninstalling it but my mobile then does nothing and i have to restart it. when i switch on the mobitracker appears asking for the password. i enter the password and uninstall it again and then the same thing happens. screen goes black and i have to restart it

When I bought nokia e72, I have reveived lot's of maps (almost 4GB). I want to free-up my memory card by removing some of maps. I try to do it in ovi application, but there is not possibility to do that. I can see all maps that are in my phone, but how to remove some of them?
Since N79 for some unknown reason is not in a list of phones with free navigation option, the preinstalled mapping software is completely unusable and all I want is to remove it. Unfortunately none of data suite / ovi suite versions (don't use ovi!!!) gives such possibility. Since there is navigation software like Garmin which does not require buying new licences each time you need to navigate - and I need it every day, keeping Nokia OEM software is just a waste of space.
A friend gave me his E72, but when I put my sim into it I found I was still receiving his email on the business profile. I accidentally uninstalled one of the components of an app (dictionary) which came with the phone, which rendered it unusable (keep saying word base missing), but it's fine as I have installed the nokia dictionary. The problem is: How do I remove the half-dead app? I have finally found a site to unlock my E71. so u don't have to keep putting in 12345 before you can use your phone ((how annoying )) ... Download Nokia PC Suite first (the updated one) from site below ... Or if you already have it on your computer go to control panel click on add and remove then Nokia PC Suite it will ask you to install or repair click on repair and that will give you the updated version ...the only way you can remove phone lock is to update your Nokia E71s software ..But make sure you BACKUP your phone before hand or you will delete everything ..open Nokia PC Suite then click on update software takes about 15min but well worth it,you can also download the games the phone originally came with ... Solitaire etc from this site hope it works for you I was about to throw my phone at a wall.

I mistakenly synced my mobile phone when I connected it to Ovi Suite. I have disabled all syncing, but Ovi Suite still shows my contacts, messages, photos and music. This happens whether my phone is plugged in to the computer or not.Also where are the files stored on the computer? I would like to delete them.I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Ovi Suite, but it doesn't work.

So I have older version of Nokia Maps running on my N96.I wanted to remove it.I couldn't see it via App Manager, but I thought I can remove it by clicking on Options --> Remove from the menu.I get "Remove Failed" everytime I do this.
