i have nokia 701 with belle fp1,i have latest in built browser aswell there is no option that shows previously visited website history is there any option to enable it or get it most of third party browser shows that like opera.

Could anyone tell me if they are getting the same.I have lost all my history on the portal apart from my first upload - yet I have 6 workouts on my motoactv !I try reconnect the device via my WiFi network then by plugging in the USB cable and selecting sync on the device each time, but it does not see any new (which are old) workouts. Back the the trusted device until then!

View 12 Replies View RelatedI have had the curve for a few weeks now. At first i changed the settings of the browser to "hotspot" so i could use it with wifi. It was working really well, then all of a sudden it stopped durin browsing. The phone says the wifi connection is fine, but whenever i go to the broswer and try to go to a website it just says loading at the bottom and nothing happens.
Can anyone help with this? should i restart the phone setting somehow because i might have done changed some setting during browsing without realising or is this an actual issue with the phone?

To double check I also bought PhoneInfoNet from store and checked. IT also shows same thig. Is this reading reliable? Do you folks think it is a battery issue? View 1 Replies View RelatedI am using nokia 5800 for last 2 years almost, and suddenly i got a message as "disk write error". after that i restarted micro sd card, and it works fine for a minute or so, again it shows same errro. so i formatted micro sd using PC(windows 7), and now phone displays microsd status as "Corrupted". I even tried with brand new Micro SD, even for that same corrupted message showing.. and memory card options -> format option is coming blank. and i cant live without memory card in my phone!!

Vignetting is a pretty powerful tool that can help isolate subjects and seems to be a bit of an oversight on Nokia's part to leave it out, considering how good the cams are and the editors have often a good amount of adjustments that save me from running to Lightroom or Silver Efex Pro all the time.
For some reason after upgrading to Belle I have lost the option to switch geo-tagging on in the camera settings. It is just not there where it used to be. I need this for work, that is why I got myself a camera phone with this option.
Anybody have this problem or am I just looking in the wrong place to switch it on / off? It used to be in the camera settings menu,now I have only: image quality - show captured image - default image name - capture tone - memory in use - restore camera settings.

I bought my 808 in Singapore, a country where other brands of smartphones come with an option to turn off the shutter sound eg HTC Desire S or an option to turn off the shutter sound when phone is in silent mode eg Samsung Galaxy S2. I was disappointed upon purchase of 808 to find that no such option existed.I would like to request Nokia to consider releasing a software update that allows users to turn off the shutter sound either as a setting or when phone is in silent mode. This was what Sony Ericsson did for its K700i model many years ago.There is a need to consider the varied needs of users eg the need not to awaken the baby when getting a shot. I wonder if this post is sufficient to convey my request to Nokia or should I make my request known to Nokia in another way that you can suggest?

View 2 Replies View RelatedThere used to be an option whereby you could print photos via usb cable to a printer. This option has been removed - was there a reason for this, or is it a bug? It would be great if the developers could issue a small update that would address this problem. My phone (N8) has a fantastic camera and not being able to print photos from it is very disappointing. I know there is a workaround by transferrring photos to a computer first and then printing from there, but that is a hassle and shouldn't be necessary.
