I'm trying to pair my E51 with my BH-503 headphones but I can't find the paired devices tab. I've gone in to the bluetooth menu via the settings->connection->bluetooth as well as settings-> phone-> and scrolling to the connection tab but I still can't find it.
View 4 RepliesI have C7 with Anna SW in it (022.014). What I noticed was that when other devices are trying to pair with the C7 it automatically fails. BT is visible to all and the are now block connections. The other devices can find my C7 but somehow C7 rejects the the other devices immediately and won't even prompt the safety word (or security code?).
But when I initialize the pairing from the C7 everything goes fine. The security number is prompt and pairing is finalized.
I have not tested this whit other phone (5800) and PC BT software.
It is a problem because Nokia Suite (3.2.100) needs to do the BT pairing. And it won't accept even if the C7 and PC has already paired.
Whenever I try to get the files from my other phone I just cant use bluetooth. It just say paired but not connected and when I try to connect it will not work..
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have just got a Bold 9700 and am really starting to like this phone. But I cannot get the bluetooth to work properly. It will pair with my devices but will not connect to them. It says connection failed or connection not supported. It will not connect to my cars built in bluetooth either, I have a new 2010 galaxy and it accepts the cars passkey but will not connect. I Really need my phone to connect to my car. When I go to my paired device list and click on a device I do not get a connect option, which I have been told to use. I am on vodafone in the UK and have contacted them to see if they can help but they tell me they do not help with Blackberry's (funny that when they take my money for it) so I am unsure where to contact now for help.

I paired my bh-905 headphones with my iPhone 4 and then with my PC as the second paired device. To do this I turned off the iPhone, held the multifunction button on the phone down until the phones entered discovery mode (blinking blue light), and then they are seen at the PC, no problem. Both ways they work well with great sound, and with the iPhone calls ring in and the music continues when done with the call. I usually use them at work, connected to the iPhone, but sometimes at home I want to use them with the PC. To connect to the PC, I first turn off the iPhone bluetooth, but then I can't get the phones to connect to the PC again unless I remove their bluetooth entry from the PC and re-pair as a new device. It's a small quibble, but other bluetooth sets I own will find the other active devices to which they're paired.Is there a procedue to switch the blutetooth connection from one already paired device to another without re-pairing the phones each time?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have recently installed a CK-300 kit which I chose because I love Nokia phones. I have paired it to my 2730 and the performance is dreadful. Callers complain of a huge echo and background noise, even when the vehicle is stationary. To further test the car kit, I fitted my sim to my old 6230i. Perfect. Even at motorway speeds the sound and clarity is great. Other posts on this forum have advised updating the phone software to 9.41 which I have done and re-done just to be sure but this doesn't cure the problem. I don't feel happy about changing handsets each time I drive, but that's my only option to stay legal unless one of you experts can help me fix the 2730.

It fails to work properly with this head unit for A2DP.I've paired the two up, the head unit and phone show as connected, but when I go to play a music file on the phone, I hear audio for a few seconds and then it stops coming out of the speakers. The phone carries on playing it, and if I switch off the head unit so that the blue tooth disconnects, then the sound is heard through the phone speakers.I seem to recall that the N95 I have worked to play MP3. The only other significant difference I can think of here is that the music I'm playing is M4A.Any ideas why this doesn't work properly?
View 4 Replies View RelatedEvery time I try to connect my iPad to the Play 360, the first several times the iPad states "connected" but the Play 360 suddenly powers off. I hold the power button to reboot the speaker, put it into pairing mode, and it happens again. I have "forgotton this device" on the iPad, but that didn't solve the problem. After between four and twelve cycles of the above, the Play 360 and iPad connect, and it functions well. The iPad is with the latest software. The problem occurs whether the Play 360 is connected to a power source or not.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI have an E71 and I am having bluetooth issues. This happened firstly using my Navman handsfree and now my handsfree through my Sony car stereo. It all connects up fine works great and then after about two weeks stops connecting when I get in the car. I can't get it to connect at all tried deleting the devices on everything and re pairing but it will no longer pair. I have paired another phone to the car stereo so it must be the phone. Is there anything i can do settings wise or does. It sound like a repair is needed to the phone.

But this is relevant as much as trying to find an answer to my question: what such devices (reputable names prefered - Shure, Bose, etc.) are actually compatible with Nokia N900? I would not give up my phone (yet), so I'll have to dump the Shure newly acquired device, but I still need something (lost my original N900 earphone, and - as far as it quality was concerned - I an not that thrilled about getting a new one like that form Nokia)
i continue to not understamd why my nokia 5630 have 128mb of ram and after booting the phone i have only 55mb of free ram. why nokia doesn't unlock more free ram? a device of the latest 3rd edition phones with everything including a 600mhz processor with almost all social network, inckuding Internet, with wlan support. i simply don't understand. nokia has a politic of support and marketing incompetent.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWith Nokia Email on my E63, it was a seperate program and it had true push email. While on my Nuron, it just sets up the account for you inside of your Messaging folder, and there is no true push email. What's the deal? Is this a problem with all s60 v5 devices?
I'm currently using emoze to substitute it, but its a little buggy, and would like to have push email back!

I understand from reading other listings on this discussions pages that windows mobile does not work with bluetooth? View 19 Replies View RelatedI am trying to deploy some code to two Windows Phone 8 devices from Windows 8.Unfortunatey, the 920 and 820 are both not causing me some amount of trouble.When I plug the devices in it recognises them as Windows Phones and I can explore the files on the devices but when I press deploy on my code it says no Windows Phone 8 device detected. When looking in device manager there is two versions of the Nokia device I am using and an exclamation mark, update the drivers says "drivers not found online" and uninstalling the drivers just removes them but then after a restart the two versions both with exclamation marks pops up again.

I have a hands free called plantronics.I cant pair it to my Nokia E52. I was able to in the past however in error I did something and now it cant pair.Although it is showing "pair new devices but each time I put the password in it says: cant pair. The Nokia E52 does not have the option to delete existing devices.
