Hey, I recently got my Nokia N97 Mini, And im just wondering if its possible to disable the Camera Shutter noise whenever your taking a picture, And is it possible to turn off the Red Light when recording?
Its annoying when im trying to record something, Sometimes it will reflect off surfaces.. Also the Camera Shutter noise is annoying.. Interrupts silence when i want to take pictures , At special events. Is there a way to Disable these 2 things?
Is it possible to disable the Phone Data security warning and Allow connection access prompts ?, it's rather annoying, as I would like the Facebook, Accuweather and other apps to just start, without one or in facebooks case two prompts.

I have installed opera mini on my Nokia E61. So far I´m content with it, it´s working well. However, when I visit the website clevertanken.de (a site for viewing current gasoline prices), I´m stuck - it seems that an advertisement popup opens when I click on the site and I can´t close it, so I´m stuck on that popup and when I don´t want to go where it wants to link, there´s no way to go on...How can I turn that off?
I have a problem with continuous playback of video, Before with Anna I couuld go into gallary and my pictures and video were all in same place, in proper order. Since Belle photos are in one folder and videos in another. If I want to share these by plugging into tv instead of clicking slide show I have to play each video and pict separate. Also is there a setting for how many sec the pic stays before switching to new one. My pictures have like a good 5 to 7 sec before switching to next photo.....seems too long. ultimately I would like to have my videos and pics all in one area so I can play them all at once
how to delete a video clip (after it's been saved). The manual claims that there is an >Edit. function under the >Options tab. But there ISN'T! There is no way of deleting a video clip. The same is true for the >Recorder. Once a recording has been made and saved, there is no option to delete it at a later stage.
I have N95 v 31.0,017. How I can make a folder in SD card contain pictures &video and I dont want them appear in studio. I dont want to use a files browser and hide my files and I dont want to use an application to encrypt them because I just want to sort my pictures in a folder and my video in a folder.
I want to convert a few video clips to play back on my 5230 at the highest possible quality settings. Which container/bitrate/frame rate/aspect ratio would give those results? I know the resolution of the phone is 640x360 but any clips at that resolution are unable to play. I'm experimenting with combinations at the minute but it would be a lot quicker if I could just get a definite answer.Official playback specs are 640x360/??/30fps/?? but no mention of ideal bitrate, aspect ratio or container, ie MP4/3gp etc etc.
Just today bought Nokia N8, updated to Symbian Belle and tried to open gallery but it only shows black screen and nothing works, i tried open pictures by file manager but it won't open...
[n79, latest firmware, 16 or 32 GB memory card]When I capture video to the memory card, I periodically get stutters or lags, typically during which the video capture appears to freeze. The sound recording sometimes continues in time, sometimes also breaks for a fraction of second. I have already backed up the card to a PC and reformatted the card in the phone (assuming that the phone would set up the card in a manner best suited to the device). The problem persists, although slightly less often.
Would it have been better to reformat the cards on a PC? If so, better to use a 16kb or 32kb "allocation unit size"? Neither of my cards as more than 1/3 full, so there is plenty of space. I am recording video at the phone's best quality, which is 640x480, 30 fps, and a typical bitrate seems to be about .5 MB per second. I checked out both cards using the utilty "Flash Memory Toolkit", and the minimum data file write rates seem to be about 6-10 MB per second (often 10 MB), so I don't think that the bottleneck is the card itself. Perhaps the drivers used to write to the card memory on the phone are not as efficient as they should be. Or maybe for some reason I have to stick with an 8 GB card or smaller?
I have just bought a new C3-01 but the video camera only records for 5 seconds then stops. how to change this to continuous? Nothing in the book, only press to start and press to stop!
I got an Asha 201 and for the last couple of days I've been trying to convert some videos to put on my phone. But every single time I get the error "video not supported". So, what are the exact settings that Asha 201 supports for video?

I bought my mini just 10 days back and today I thought of playing some videos. To my surprise whenever I try playing a video it says something like. "playing partial video .....and only shows a black screen with sound. Not ony it happens with stored videos that it came with, even the new videos taken from its own camera behaves same way. No video only sound. Is anything wrong with my firmware or soething I'm having v10.0.20. I chose this phone for its multimedia capabilities
I'm looking for a free player of video stream file but seems dont exist.Someone told me that Real Player is already installed in N97 mini but my N97 mini don't have this software, ca you explain?
I wanna know if the video calling is available on both N97 ("normal" and mini). Depending on the website, it's available on both or only on the "normal".
