Nokia :: Ovi Calendar Repeats Data After Update To Layout
Jul 28, 2010Has anyone had a problem with their calendar info after they layout has changed on their website? All my diarised appointments now repeat themselves everyday,they have well and truly cocked up my data.I see there have been updates regarding repeating calendar entries when changing time zone on the change log of previous ovi updates so i wonder if they have yet to include that update on this one.I have reported it to Nokia so i hope i get a call soon otherwise i will never use ovi or any nokia services again.

HTC One M8 :: Calendar Will Update Accordingly But Forgetting Events?
Sep 29, 2014I noticed that after the latest update on VZW my calendar no longer "remembers" all of my events. I also tried using the google calendar app and it does the same thing. If I change the reminder time and save, the calendar will update accordingly but after a few hours it "forgets" everything that was updated. I even removed my gmail account and re added it with the same frustrating result. Adding to the frustration, my N7 has no issues seeing calendar events.

Xperia X10 :: Default Calendar App Crashes After Update?
Jun 9, 2010I updated to build 435 yesterday. Since then, the default calendar app force closes (com.android.calendar). I have tried rebooting, doesn't help.I sync my calendar with outlook through google. There are some semi-advanced entries there, ie meetings with replies. However, problem persists when I disable that calendar from my outlook.Calendar data is accessible for my agenda widget. Data shown on the widget is even updated when I add data to my google calendar.

Aug 23, 2011Late in the game, but I just updated my Cliq to 2.1. At first, the calendar was working fine, but now, it is having some issues. When I go into the calendar, it shows me a black screen with two options:"Showing events since Aug 23 2011. Tap for more.""Showing events until Aug 23 2011. Tap for more."Choosing either of those will take me to the Agenda View showing the most current events.But, If I choose to the month view, the date defaults to December of 1969. I would then need to press "Today" so that I can view the current month and year. I have searched around and looks like this has happened on the droid forum, but did not say whether if or how it was solved.

BB Bold 9700 :: Software Update Error With Calendar / Shortcuts?
Aug 5, 2010My 9700 bold was working pretty slow so I plugged it into my boyfriend's PC and checked for a software update, there was one so I installed it. Everything went fine, this time the update didn't crash my blackberry like it had with my previous Blackberry Curve.I've noticed though that my calendar is no longer working properly. I now have TWO notifications of the same reminder/appointment instead of one even though I've only entered one reminder/appointment. Instead of having one calendar alert box, it says there's two. I normally just hit dismiss, which dismisses both notifications but this morning I just hit "snooze" when I did that, the second notification popped up the SAME notification I had just snoozed for 5minutes.How do I change this? It's not a huge problem, just a little annoying and I'm worried the glitch will cause problems down the road.This is my 3rd Blackberry in ONE year as it is..I need this to work properly. I can't afford to go out and buy ANOTHER Blackberry.This one already crashed when I originally installed the Twitter app from RIM, a month after I bought it!
Also after the update, does anyone else's top shortcuts that used to be "keylock" and "silent mode" now only have keylock(which no longer turns the screen on with your owner info) and the other shortcut is totally blank. Is there a way to change this? I liked having the keylock on but being able to bring the screen up to see if I have messages.Plus, I no longer hear my phone ring if it's in Locked mode..which is a pain in the **bleep**.

Jun 11, 2012Did a software update this morning on my Bold 9900. When I went to Sync, I received a Synchronization Error message as it was synching the calendar. There was no number only an appointment date and event which does not exist in either Outlook 2010 or the Blackberry calendar. Upon receiving the error message, the synch stops. I did a replace all calendar events from the computer to the device, which went fine. But the problem was not resolved. I deleted all calendar events from the device, then did a replace all calendar events from the computer to the device, but that did not solve the problem.

Feb 27, 2012I am trying to synchronize my laptop calendar with my BB calendar through Microsoft Outlook with no success. When I use the BB Desktop Software for the Curve 8530, I did the following:
I connected the laptop to the BB with a USB cable. I invoked the BB Desktop Software and connected with the BB. I viewed the conflict resolution dialogue box and updated both fields in the device and Microsoft Outlook with highlighted values.
I received error message "Error encountered. Error code - 0x80040fb3. Check documentation." I pressed "OK". I received the message "Unable to complete synchronization". I pressed "OK". Then I hit the "Synch" button on the dialogue box. The message "one or more configured folders is not available. Update folder mapping and try again."
Then I clicked on "organizer" button in the dialogue box. I clicked on "configure settings". I clicked "advanced" after seeing that the "calendar" and "address" book were checked. The error message "no available message stores" was displayed. I clicked "OK". The "Advanced" menu appeared, however the "map folder" button was not highlighted and the message "no folder mapping is available for calendar section".
My e-mail is being synchronized from Hotmail through to Outlook. I can see my Hotmail e-mail in Outlook.My calendar is being synchronized from Hotmail through to Outlook. I can see my Hotmail calendar in Outlook. My address books are not being synchronized. My calendars are not being synchronized.
IPhone :: Cannot Sync To Outlook 2003 Calendar After Software Update
Mar 27, 2012I have the updated ITunes and IPhone software for my IPhone 4. I have Outlook 2003. I sync via USB. My phone used to sync properly with ITunes, but now nothing seems to be synching. I've tried resetting my sync history, checking the box to replace the info on the phone with the Outlook calendar on my machine, checking and unchecking all calendars vs. choosing each one individually. Nothing has worked. I think I may have had to recreate my outlook pst file the last time this happened but can't remember how I did that.
