I have bought N79 Mobile in Univercell, Madivala,Bangalore-68. After 2 months of usage some of the keys stopeed working. I submitted my Mobile in Nokia care and the issue got resolved. After 2 months display went blank . Again i submitted in Nokia care, They said we need to replace LCD. and they have returned the Mobile. After colecting the Mobile i could see that , My handset was not even giving me 3 hours of battery backup. For this same purpose, i Submitted my handset in Nokia care 3 times. But No good luck. Every time they jaust return teh faulty handset telling its resolved. In a period of 5 months, I have submitted my handset to Nokia care more than 7 times. I asked for the replacement. They are not even doing that. I am very much unhappy with the services provided by Nokia. Please let me know how should i proceed further?
I dropped my phone and there are multiple cracks on the screen. Everything else is fine. How can I replace the nscreen and what is the best place to buy a replacement from? I fould a place that sells screens for this, so I know it is possible.
I have bought a brand new nokia 5800 just 3 weeks ago, it was working very well until now i used to listen music a lot and taking pictures and recording videos, but from past 2 days its like pain in the neck, the battery power decreases very fast, without even making calls or recording videos etc. i fully charged my phone last night and made a alarm to wake up but. when i wake up today what do i see that phone is turned off and no alram worked. when i tried to turn it on it didn't worked so then i put it on charging then it turns on. what do it do should i replace my battery or my whole phone.
I sent my less-then week old E6 in for repair becuase of the restart-problem. I called them on monday, and was told I'd get a call from a cust service rep. I called again today (Thrusday), and was told someone would call w/in 48 hours. Remarkably, I actually received a call.
They could not fix the E6 They offered a new, not-refurb'd N8, and not an E6 as a replacement, citing the N8 as an "upgrade".
Figure that one out.Worst_Service_EVER I do not want the N8, as it has no qwerty keyboard, but that was the only option given. She gave me 2 days to call her back after thinking about it.
My N97 keeps on resetting all the time, completely turns off by itself even when the battery is full the phone won't even turn on at time and my phone firmware is V20 and I want to update to V21 but is not letting me. I also have hard reseated the phone once and done soft reset multiple times.After getting it replaced once its still resetting more frequently than my other one before I got it replaced.
I have bought a new 16 gb sd card to replace the 8 gb card that comes with the phone. I thought that copying all the files (including hidden and system) will be enough, but when I put the new card, applications installed in the memory card does not work. I have also used the same name for the new memory card.Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the card without having to reinstall the applications?

My 3G has a firmware problem (error 28) and apple has offered to replace it for $200 (no contract). Since they are discontinuing support for everything 3g and older, will they still have a 3G to replace it with? Reconditioned unit maybe? Or will I get lucky and get a newer 3GS or 4G?

I think one of the biggest reasons the iPad didn't have a camera in the first generation is because it would directly compete against the iPhone and it would be a great "feature" for next year. I have both a iPad 3G and an iPhone 3GS and I love both. Do you have an iPhone and have an iPad? Will you get an iPad and still stay current with iPhone? Since going to the APPLE store and being told yesterday that the 50.1 update was the best update ever and trusting an APPLE employee.I've had nothing but problems, my iPhone's battery drains faster. Turning brightness low, turning everything off. The battery still drained.I came into the store today; low and behold I got my phone restored, didn't help. Do you think there's ANY possible way I can replace my phone to one that doesn't have the newest update?

I connected my sister's iphone to a computer via USB to download some photos. Her husband's iphone data was on the computer. Instead of just presenting the option to open the folder to view files in trying to access her phone all of his data was downloaded to her phone. All of her contacts, settings etc are no longer there on her phone.
I have an iphone 3gs and still have warranty on it. I don't talk on it much at all. I use the internet and text and listen to music. the most i use the internet is about 30-35minutes a day, sometimes less. I have everything turned off like Bluetooth and fetch data and even 3g. I can go probably 6 hours and do nothing to loose all of my battery. I literally watched my phone go from 90 to 79 in 30 min. just listening to music.
