Why does all the downloaded music go directly to the f: memory card, when downloading music from Ovi Music Store? It should be saved to the e: mass memory, but there is no settings in the application where to change the save location?. The phone automatically makes a folder named "Ovi Music Downloads" in the memory card. It should be created in the mass memory.
I have a Nokia Unlimited Account for the Nokia Music app on my Lumia 800. I would like to move my downloaded music from the app/phone to my MacBook Pro.
Nokia N8 with music. replacement PC can't register because apparently Nokia Music Player can't work with Windows 7 64-bit. Also can't renew expired music licenses on the phone after Belle update. WHen i attempt to renew a license i'm required to sign in. it recognises my account logon info but gives the following error: "We've changed - Nokia Music is now Nokia Music. To get a license for your music, you need a Nokia account username and password. Get one for free at music.ovi.com if you don't have one yet."
Have downloaded music from Ovi Music Store which plays fine on music player but won't allow me to set as a ring tone - states that it is protected. Is there any way of getting round this so I can set music as ringtone?
My E66 music player would play music (the progress bar moves) but there is no sound. I could still play and hear the music when I try to change ringtone. What happened?
how to play music (mp3) on my Nokia 5800 via bluetooth, so my PC with bluetooth recives music and plays it via speakers. I'd like to do the same in my car which has Bluetooth integrated.
The message "standard quality" flashes briefly when a new song plays on Nokia Music. This suggests that there may be some higher quality available, but I can find no evidence of it.
I can play the files through the file manager but not the google play or the default music player. I have even downloaded third party music players with no luck. I tried moving the files around to the default music folder, and even the folder with the samsung song that came with the phone. No luck.
My last phone (nexus 4) recognized the files instantly, even found the album art and organized all of them no matter where the files were located. I really don't understand what the problem is, I thought this was supposed to be an upgrade.
Would putting the files on a micro SD card work at all?
I have Google Music downloaded onto SD card but somehow the G3 stock music is unable to find and play it. Is this the security thing of Kitkat or somehow I am not doing the right thing. If it is not having to do with security, then what option to enable.
I bought N97 & transferred some music files from PC. Some them are copied to Menu<Music<Music Library. I want to delete these files. Can anybody guide me for this?
Also How the Music files under Application<Mass Memory<E:<Music can be played as playlist?
I had a similar issues on " General: System Error " Music file unable to save on music library the second one is corrupted music file unable to deleted on music library.
Having just purchased an E52, I transferred two .mp3 files with correct tags into an E52's 2Gb card using OVI Music Player. Although the files will play from the E52 in Ovi Player, the E52 itself will not detect the files during Library Refresh. SO far I have not been able to get the E52 to recognise any .mp3 via Player or Gallery
I just notice it today when I'm switching between app. At the same volume Google play music sound louder than the HTC music player without losing sound quality.
#1-i have ringtones and test music files that appear in my music files and i dont know where they come from. #2-I also have voice files for maps in my music files. ironically though, the voice files are not working with maps....i want to remove them from my playlist but they are not showing up in the ovi suite?

How to access your music collection from OneDrive with Xbox Music | Windows Central
However, I already had a folder called "music" in my OneDrive root folder (i.e. OneDriveMusic). When I open my Xbox Music app on my Icon, it doesn't see the folder and doesn't see the music that I already have there. So how do I get it to work. It's working fine on my SP3.
I checked my Xbox account and it shows I'm signed in.
With my S4, when I connected to bluetooth in my car and then switched to Media, it automatically started playing Google Play Music. Now with the S6, doing the same thing plays local "music" (ringtones) via the built in Samsung Music app. I can't find a way to change the default, and I can't disable the Music app. it's possible to make another music app the default, and if so how?
I have a motorola Atrix 4G running Android 2.3.4 and I recently wiped all the music off my phone and synced it with my google music. I have all my music set to availible offline, so it is all stored locally on my phone, but the HDMI entertainment app doesn't detect any music, nor does the motoblur music app. I don't really care about the motoblur music app but how can I get my music recognized by the HDMI entertainment system app (is app the right word for the HDMI entertainment interface?), or is there a new app I can get that will recognize the music synced by google music?
I have an LG G4 with a 128GB microSD. I prefer to store all my music locally, and have about 100 gb of albums on the microSD. If I open Google Play Music and select "downloaded only," I can see and play all albums and songs stored locally. However, all my playlists, which show and play fine when streaming, disappear. Instead, my 30+ playlists (same as on iTunes) are replaced by 3-5 odd, random playlists that I never consciously created.
Since my playlists all reference music that is locally stored, why wouldn't they work the same for "downloaded only" as they do when streaming? I'm going to be moving to a place with horrible and expensive internet, so I need to figure out how to use pre-created playlists for locally stored music.
When you play music using bluetooth there is a lag or skipping in music. Like 1 sec. skipping in every 1-3 minutes or sometimes 30secs - up. I think the problem is the android lollipop. I used to connect my z5 in jbl xtreme. my huawei telpad running android kitkat has no problem in playing music using bluetooth. But my z5 and my wife's asus selfie running android lollilop there is a lag or skipping problem.
The stock music app in my 1520 is not playing any music. I've tried adding and removing then adding again the mp3 files but the app just lists the songs down and nothing happens when i click on it. My phone simply goes back to the home screen.
