Love my new Lumia 900. One odd issue I can't solve and AT&T can't solve. They referred me to Nokia. When I check a voice mail and delete it, I get a blank text message from 1-(000)-000-0000. I get one for every deleted voice mail. AT&T says there is no setting for this.

I cannot check voice mail as it blacks out constantly as I try to press option keys, ie 7 to save. This is very frustrating. I need it to stay active longer than 2 sec. before blacking out to save the battery

I have a lumia 900. Is there a way to send certain calls right to voicemail? I use my cell phone for my business and I get telemarketing calls on occasion (Business phones are exempt from DNC). It's nice to send future calls right to voicemail. My android phone used to have this feature and I have tried with Nokia to no avail.

I've owned Nokia phones (an no other make) for over 10 years, but this is by far my most disappointing experience. I am at wits end and near the tipping point (of purchasing an iPhone 5).Nearly 1 in 5 times I use the darned thing it crashes. Also, my icons for search items are gone (except for restaurants). I restored the phone and now it won't download any maps! I used to have complete maps for the USA, Canada and Mexico, but now it will not even download the USA.I can not download the latest firmware (version of Symbian). My phone says it is up-to-date, but it is not. I do not have a PC so I can not use Nokia Suite (why? Nokia, get real and write a Mac version already).
When I reboot my phone it will not receive voice mail or text messages! I have to reboot it again.Why is this phone so buggy? I'm sending it in for warranty repair but I don't think I want this or any Nokia software phone. I think I'll try a Nokia Windows phone if Nokia will give me some credit for this phone and allow me to apply it towards the Windows versions. I mean seriously, Apple has their bomb proof software that works. If there is a bug, give them a week and there's an easily obtained update. I'm not an Apple fanboy, but I'm being driven away. The preview shows the first few lines of the message but when I open the message the body is blank. It does show the sender, receivers and subject line, but the body is blank.

I try to check my mail via Mail application at Nokia 302.
So I try to add new Windows Live Hotmail account, insert login and password, but after that the system said that I inserted incorrect login or password.
I thought that Mail application can't see special symbols (#,!,...), but I have such problem for password with only small letters and digits.
Own a Nokia Lumia 920 on AT&T. Tried to use the texting function to send a Voice note. When I try to send it says "Can't send message Try Again". Same thing happens when I try to send a picture via text. Finally, people have tried to send images via text and it says I can open the media.

I have replace the last 4 digits of my cell phone number with ****. I only use the regular VM and want to stop VVM from running in the background on my 9700 and want to delete it!
Is there a way that I can either deactivate or delete Visual Voice mail. It works sporadically, and if I were to open VVM It will freeze my phone and I have to power off pull battery in order to unfreeze.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI have tried every combniation of settings I can think of, but I am not able to get my phone (920, developer version from BUILD) to vibrate when I receive a text message.
Currently it vibrates, but plays no ringtonw when I get a call. This is what I want. Howver, when I get a text message it simply shows a toast noification, but no vibration or sound.I have compared every setting I could find to my previous HTC WP7 handset, which does vibrate on SMS.
I have gone in the ringtones Setting screen and turned off the ringer and turned on vibration. How do I make this work? I feel like it must be something staring me in the face that I am not seeing.

I received a call from a fax machine and since I couldn't take the call it went into my voice mail. I have not been able to successfully delete using #7 as the phone does not recognize. Actually, no key function works, it just says try again later. This prevents me from getting to the messages following that fax. Can you delete all message somehow through a reset for voice mail?
