My Exchange account is set to sync "when items arrive" (which works as it should be), however if I delete the mail I received (or any other) and then check my PC or web client the message is still there... it only disappears if I click the refresh icon on my phone?
View 1 RepliesThe clock of my Lumia 800 runs too fast, in a week or two, it will be 3-4 minutes ahead of time, and in a month it's already 5 minutes, this is just unacceptable. The difference gain slows down with time so to keep it within a minute I need to set the time very often (weekly).
I've tried using manual time, and automatic, both of which don't help the problem, and it seems the automatic time option doesn't even work since no matter what time you set, when you switch it to automatic, it doesn't do anything. To be honest, I'm a little disappointed by the support this phone has gotten since it's release, especially with the firmware updates.
Calendar sync with exchange 2003 but after upgrade to exchange 2010 my Calendar doesn't sync anymore.

I was using gmail directly to sync mail and calendar but this didn't (or at least I could find a way to) sync my gmail contacts to my phone contacts so i decided to use Exchange. I deleted my gmail account from my phone and added the Exchange account, following all the instructions on many websites like this one [url]. I selected 'ON' for mail, contacts and calendars. When I refresh contacts and calendar on iphone nothing happens. When I go in mail and refresh that it comes up with 'Cannot Get Mail. The connection to the server failed.'. I deleted the account and reset up in case i messed anything up but it's still not working.

After a few days of excellent operation suddenly my E72 won't send e-mails through MfE any more. The emails just sit there in the outbox. Sometimes they get sent after several hours. I hit the send/receive button, it syncs but the emails don't get sent. I tried switching off/on the phone. I tried deleting the account and putting it back in. Sometimes I can send 1 e-mail after restart but then it stops. I receive e-mails with delay sometimes, even though I have sync schedule set to always on. My iPhone syncs with the same account and it works perfect. I tried in 2 different WLAN-nets with different ISP's and I tried over 3G. No difference. My network provider is Telenor Sweden.

I am using NOKIA E52 and e-mail for exchange on it and Calendar sync don't work fully. As I read other post that others has the same problem. We are using Exchange Server 2010!

Few times it got restarted automatically [not frequently though, may be once in a week or so], and from then onward the time reverted back to the old time which was set as manually. If it set to update automatically, time sync is not happening at all.
Is anyone having problems with the calendar sync and Exchange 2003? Mine syncs mails and contacts fine, but will only sync the calendar back to server and not pull any information from it. Am I missing something somewhere?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have new N8 with fresh Belle Refresh, no contacts in memory.I have tested Exchange ActiveSync connection with my google account.Everything works, contacts, mails and calendar were synced.Then i tried to turn off contacts sync - contacts from phone memory vanished.Then i deleted google mailbox and created new Exchange with other gmail account - since then contacts are not synchronized, even with sync turned on.I've deleted mailbox again and setup first one, still not contacts synchronized.

I have downloaded an SSL certificate copied from old windows mobile device (so i know the certificate is good). The certificate says it installed on the Lumia but I am still getting error message saying certificate is not trusted. I suspect the certicate is installed in the wrong place on the phone.

But every time it sync, I receive the following error "Unable to sync. Contact administrator if problem persists." - I put in the email and the password, it wont connect
-I then key in my username, it still wont connect
- I Press Advanced
- Then I key in the Server (Webserver) without the "https://"
- The Sign in button is gray and it wont connect
- I uncheck the SSL option, no cange
- I've mailed the SSL Certificarte, and tried both with SSL on an SSL of, still the Sign In button is gray.
Since it is Windows on the phone, there should be no problems connecting with MS Exchange i should think.This have been working quite easy with my iPhone and HTC with Android.there I just keyd in Mailadress, username, password and server.
Each time I restart my phone, it loses the current date and time and set's it to some apparent random day. This last time it chose the 16th of May 2012.
I took delivery of it yesterday and it's been fully charged. I've set the Date+time to 'Set Automatically' to 'On'
Anyone notice that when using Factory widgets for the time and weather that the time doesn't update? It work fine before GB. I uninstalled it and then tried the moto and Verizon widgets the work fine.

View 15 Replies View RelatedAs you know, nokia's usb cable is unable to charge the phone when connected through usb, so i bought the ca-126 cable which has 2 spilt ends, one to connect and one to charge. however, i'm never able to use both functions together. when i plug both ends into my X6, my X6 just goes into the cycle of being connected and disconnected. It feels as if the charging end is using up the power so the data connecting end is having problems syncing with the computer.

View 5 Replies View RelatedWell I really had my hopes up for this phone, and dumped my iPhone 5 for it... now I regret it, the phone freezes almost everyday it froze the 2nd day I bought it while I was talking through a Bluetooth headset, the day after that it froze while switching between calls... and today it also froze while I was talking through my car's Bluetooth set... I don't know what's the problem with this phone and also the camera is not that good and doesn't deserve all that hype. Nokia & Microsoft you'd better fix these issues because although the Lumia 920 has many good features, I can't stand it for this regularly freezing.
P.S. I'm currently in Saudi Arabia and the Nokia Care staff here are totally useless, shame on you Nokia you should've hired a qualified staff at least.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI went to a different time zone last month and of course changed my clock on my Curve 8520 to that zone (6 hours ahead of my home zone EST). Of course when I returned I changed back. Since then every time I sync to my computer the zone changes to a different time (7 hours behind my zone). Also now after a sync when I click on the clock icon it shows 2 analog clocks. One large one with the new wrong time and a small one to the left showing the correct time. After I reset the time I get only one large analog clock showing the correct time until I resync again.I have checked and rechecked the settings. I have changed the date/time source setting from 'Blackberry' Network Time to 'Network' Time and this does not make any difference. I've pulled the battery. I've reset the sync maagement options.What a pain having to change the time every time I sync. I've called my service provider (rogers) and they went through the same steps I have already tried.

I have also noted that switching to "set automatically" does not alter the time and date correctly. When I first got the phone it was set to Automatic. After the first time I noticed the incorrect time/date, I set it manually, but for some strange reason, it happened again: the date and time were incorrect.
I have set it manually again, and waiting for the problem to re-occur...
the Screen time out during a game or at a movie? this is pretty unprofesstional mistake for me, 900 don't have that problem

I've had it for just over a month and just set the time for the third time.This simply wont work as I use the phone for scheduling and appointments.Now there is meant to be the option for the time to be updated by the carrier automatically, I've been into shops and compared my phone to the new ones and mine, for some reason does not have the feature. I don't have the option to turn it on or off, I just get the ability to change date, time and timezone.
