View 4 RepliesSo got the Tmobile 810. Have been using unlocked Nokia phones (Symbian) till now and use JoikuSpot to share internet on as needed basis. Not very often, but good to know it is there when needed.
Now when select Internet Sharing to ON, asks if want to activate that feature in my plan. Is there anyway to bypass this or to get another app to do this .. like JoikuSpot ?
I installed the new 2.2.0.241 nokia ovi suite. Is it still possible to import your windows mediaplayer playlists to nokia ovi suite so you can sync your whole playlist (in right order) to your nokia? If yes, how do you do this? if no, what's the easiest way to get my playlist from windows mediaplayer in my nokia?
Because it's a LOT of work to make a new one in ovi suite.
I know that I can connect my Lumia 920 through a cable with my PC, but is there a way to stream wirelessly to it? For example, I would like to stream pictures or videos directly to my PC. Furthermore, I have a SmartTV from Samsung and was wondering if there is any way to stream media from my phone directly to the TV.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a Lumia 900, and right now I'm stuck with the no-data bug. I'm in Canada, and we don't have the update yet.
I've never been able to get the Internet Sharing to work. I don't know if this is related to the same data bug. I've read where other people have had the same problem. So to be clear, is there anyone that has the updated software and the data bug fixed, but isn't able to use the Internet Sharing?
Is it possible to share media in dlna upnp network with E7 ? If not, is there any app for it?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI looked around, and have not found an answer to my problem. I want to stream online radio from a website. It says that it is compatible with any mobile device with a windows media player capable player. Media sync does not appear to be the solution.
Here is the website in question:

Is it even possible to do this with a blackberry?

1. My work pc (Win XP) sees the BB and the media card. I have been able to move photos etc to it at work. This pc only has 1 hard drive.
2. My step-son's PC (Win XP) is the same as above. It sees it and can access it. This pc only has 1 hard drive.
3. My home PC (Win 7) cannot see the media card either with windows explorer or the BB software. This pc has 1 sata drive, broken into C: and D:, 2 IDE drives E: and F:, DVD-rom is G.
5. My home PC can see the media card in disk management console, plus in the device manager
6. People at work (Win 7) have no problems seeing their cards.
7. When I plug in the BB, it grabs drive letter H:, but no media card
8. Mass storage mode, media card support and auto enable mass storage mode when connected are on
9. All of my hard drives on the home pc are formatted as NTFS, and the BB is FAT
Just got the storm 2 last week.
After being a huge advocate for Windows Phone I'm just about done with it after moving from WP7.5 and Zune to WP8.I can't sync anything using Windows Media Player. I put stuff in the sync list and it looks like it syncs then I check the sync status and everything has "error" in the status and nothing has copied. Doesn't matter if it's songs I own or subscription - nothing syncs through media player. I think I did get it to sync to my wife's 620.
According to MSFT this will not let me sync Zune subscription which is another issue I have - and the biggest issue is that I can't sync playlists period. They show up with 0 songs when I sync using the Windows Phone App. But I was hoping using Media Player might solve that but it's not working.I'm using WIndows 7 on my PC. I'm a long time Zune user/promoter. Right now I can't get music on my phone in any reasonable fashion.
i have some songs on my storage card, and when i play it using media player, it takes like about 30 seconds if i want to skip to another song serious i made a hard reset and still doing it.... i tried with different micro sd card, but nothin, still the same, the hd2 is fast for any other app, but i just have that issue... any knows a solution? i already updated music library also !!

View 1 Replies View RelatedThe Sprint manual says you can download music via Windows Media Player or MML , but once you load your music via Media Player, if you use then Motorola you will end up with two seperate files that will use your memory. From the Media player you will have a file called Music, and from Motorola you will have a file MML Mobile.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my Droid X for about 6 months and until now have been able to sync music to it with no problem. I have a subscription to the Zune Pass so the files that I sync are DRM protected. Windows Media Player is the only software I know of that can successfully sync these files to my phone. That is until recently. While I am still able to syne non-DRM Mp3's, suddenly now when I try to sync any Zune Pass files (which are WMA files), I get an error telling me that the "device's internal clock is not correct". how I can solve the problem but none of them have worked. One suggestion had me go into WMP's Privacy tab in its Tools menu and select the option to "Set clock on devices automatically", but the option was already selected.
How can I check if my device's internal clock is off? What could I have done to mess it up in the first place?
I just bought the wifi xoom model and I need to get my music on it. I use napster and need to get it to recognize my xoom. I also tried to get my music from windows media center and it recognized my device but said it couldn't sync but gave no reason why.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have Mass Storage mode turned on, but when I plug in the Blackberry with a USB cable, Windows does not show the media card as an external drive.
Windows sees the device because when I plugged it in, it said "Your device is ready to use". But no media card.
The Blackberry does see the memory card, and I can save/browse to it.
(I have the .743 version OS, but I had this problem with .630 too. Also, I tried on a Windows 7 and a Windows XP machine).
When I try to sync media from the device I get a the following warning " In order to perform the sync process in MotoCast USB you must first stop the sync process in Windows Media Player." I'm using Win7 Ultimate and have no devices set to sync to WMP 12, when I try to stop the processes in taskmgr they just immediately turn right back on.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to download my music but WP8 uses the Windows Phone App client in Windows 8. Wll, when I tried connecting my phone, it says "Your phone is having troubles" error message. The instruction says to power off the phone. But no luck. View 10 Replies View RelatedJust went from a storm 1 to a tour and I am loving it. I can't believe how much more app. memory I have!
However, I cannot get my tour device to show up in windows explorer. It connects and I can browse my media card. There is no drive in windows explorer for the device itself. I can connect to desktop manager and back-up my device memory so I know the computer can read my blackberry device. I upgraded the os with no problems.
I am running vista home premium with blackberry os 5.0 from sprint. I am on verizon. I do have mass storage mode enabled and all of those memory settings set to yes (auto connect, etc.). BBSAK and Blackberry Master Control Program see the device as well. I do not use roxio media manager and it is not installed with my desktop manager. It was too slow and clunky when I had my storm so I never bothered with it.
