i bought the nokia e52 seven weeks ago and two days ago it stopped working.In these weeks there were 5 occasions when it either froze or switched off, two of which when i inserted the headset.Each time I removed the battery and switched it on again and it worked. However this time to no avail.Can anyone help me please?

I read another post about the same question, it said there was a space near to where you press the buttons to remove the back, but didn't actually say what to do with the space?

Tried removing sim and/or SD card and using a different battery but that didn't work as well.Does anyone else have this problem and do you know how I could fix this?

can't do anything with it, if I remove the battery and put back the logo goes back on and again, thats it.When pluging it to a usb my pc makes a sound like something was connected but the flasher and NSU do not find anything even with the "u" key pressed down.

View 4 Replies View RelatedThe battery cover is pretty hard to get open I find. Anyways i was using my thumbnail to open the battery cover and as it slipped open my thumb slipped with it as well. There is a little piece of metal that sits right above the micro sd card. It is long and skinny and can be resting upwards a bit.

Recently, my phone has been randomly shutting off and the only way to turn it back on is to remove the battery. It has also happened when the phone is on and I am charging it. My husband's phone has not randomly shut off at any time. I have downloaded a few apps which include Accuweather, Go SMS pro and PicSpeed Wallpaper. I also inserted my micro SD card from my old phone into the new phone which I just removed to see if the phone will randomly shut down. I also do not have the pocket detector on.

View 6 Replies View Relatedi just downloaded OVI maps and kinda went download happy and downloaded more maps than Ineed.I tried to delete one map, but the OVI Suite only allows me to "delete ALL".When I tried that option, OVI freezes on the preparing screen and then OVI Suite doesn't work anymore.After uninstalling, cclean up, re-booting, and re-installing, OVI Suite works.Is there an easy way to just delete one country's map? Am I able to do it directly from the memory card?

View 6 Replies View RelatedSEVEN was not working on my E71 so I uninstalled and reinstalled the program. My gmail account is now working but I have 4 Gmail mailboxes, one that is operational and three duplicates that are empty, inactive and that I can't see how to delete. If I go to SEVEN program menu then I can only see one account. If I go to Messaging there are 4 mailboxes. I have tried Messaging>Settings>Email then highlighting the mailbox but i only get the options Edit,Help or Exit so I can't delete. I have also uninstalled SEVEN and restored factory settings but the mailboxes remain, only now they have question marks next to them rather than the gmail logo. Now when I go to Messaging>Settings>Email they don't show up at all. How on earth am I supposed to remove them?

X plore went on the phone as an app and i found and removed the pred file but it still comes back as 'yot' when i use the predictive text. any suggestions please? View 6 Replies View RelatedI have an N97 since last year the phone is working well have only 1 little problem my phone memory is full but didn't install anything on it installed all applications or games music and videos are on mass memory the only software installed on phone memory are phone platform maps etc. which was already preinstalled when bought phone the problem that I have is when try to update for eg maps the phone says to me "memory full remove some application before make installation" have tried to remove maps from phone but and try to reinstall it on mass memory but didn't get choice to choose between phone memory or mass memory. as I see all Nokia original application are installed on phone don’t have any choice to transfer it no mass memory...therefore when phone memory is full the phone platform is slow to response want to know if someone have a solution for me.

I tried removing the widget from the home screen and adding it again, but this had no effect. I checked the actual calendar application and the to-do notes and reminders are not appearing if "month view" is selected. I choose to send my photo by email, and when I get to entering the email adress, I get 2 suggestions for email adresses - my old email adress and my new one. This is annoying because I quite often by accident pick the old email adress (the adresses are almost the same) from the list and can't understand why I don't receive my photo, until I check and find out I sent it to the wrong address..Is there some way to remove these suggestions?
I'm wondering whether I'll be able to remove facebook, twitter etc. from the phone since I will never use them. They'll probably get in the way, and seeing them and knowing that I can't get rid of them will irritate me greatly. The phone going to use S40.
