Jan 18, 2010My problem today has something to do with the images stored in my bb 9700. When I go into the media and pictures folder and go under all pictures, I have photos that I have already deleted that still come up there as thumbnails, but when I click on them, I am unable to view the pictures. However, when I go to picture folders, I don't see them anymore.
The problem is, I don't want to see those pictures that I have already deleted! It always says this file is marked as read only are you sure you want to delete them, I always click yes and it's not working, I went to properties to try and see if I could unmark them as read only or something but the only option is hidden. I tried opening it as a usb drive but those thumbnail pictures don't show up.

May 27, 2012I have had similar issues in the past when I had to deal with itunes match. I havent even turned it on with the new restore, yet still my audio books will sync and transfer but dont show under my music app. Anyone else having this issue?

Apr 12, 2010Maybe this is in the VZW Tour 5.0 software thread or something, but after completing the software upgrade, when I receive emails through my Gmail account and decide to delete an email, I am no longer getting the option to delete from the mailbox, the device, or both, although the option is set uo from this particular email account. I'm not having any problems with the Yahoo email account. I've removed the email and readded it on the phone as well as on the Blackberry Internet Server website.

May 8, 2011Blackberry bold 9650, OS 6 bundle 1741 (verizon)issue: I have set up gmail (in addition to my corporate BIS administrater account). when an gmail comes, in the 'gmail icon' shows as if there is an new email, when opening this icon, it doesn't show any email (in the top it shows 'All Mail' folder), but if I go to the main mail icon (desktop mail icon), then I can see my corporate emails AND gmails.Any idea why this behaves this way? I may have played around the gmail plug-in and might try to remove it sometime back. I tried to add it again it says my phone is not compatible.for what is worth, this device was in 5.0 before, I upgraded to OS 6 few months back, since then I have this issue (the plugin was working great in the previous version).

Oct 4, 2011i have just updated the o/s on my blackberry curve today (v5.0.0.681).i have a work exchange email, and i have also added my personal mail account via Setup / Email Settings - the new additional mail address is visible, and i have received an email from the Activation Server confirming, i am also receiving mails from both email addresses.the issue is that the icon for the extra mailbox is not appearing on the home screen, or in any of the folders (up until the o/s upgrade i had no issues and it was always visible) I have taken the battery in and out - any other suggestions?

Mar 20, 2010I've had my N97 for abut 6 months now and I've not had any problems except the occasional freeze and whatnot, but this morning it was working fine, then I was walking into town and took my phone out of my pocket and the screen wouldn't show up anything at all, not even the green and red lights come up, the keypad lights are still and it still vibrates when it closes and opens from qwerty to touch, but from the main screen it's just black!

The 6233 wasnt a music phone but it still its perfect for music, why would someone need a loud phone? Of course for listening to music.

I have seen other Nokia phones and I am sure the phone must display the sender's name or number in the home screen as soon as the message arrives, but mine just says 1 New Message instead of 1 New Message from xyz. Jan 12, 2010I added a new gmail address to my phone, before that, I had my work e-mail, a different gmail address and my blackberry e-mail.All e-mails went directly into the main mailbox.They also went into the separate folders for each specific e-mail address. so if I wanted to only look at e-mails from email address #1, I just had to look in that folder.Well it still works for the first 3 e-mail address, but since I added the new gmail account, the e-mails on the new account only go to the main e-mail message folder.So if I go to the separate folder for the new gmail account it shows no e-mails at all.But if I go to the main inbox, any new e-mails to that account are shown there.Does anyone know how to fix this?I have deleted and re-added this account at least 3 times, I have done everything I know and I still cannot get the e-mails to show up in the separate account folder!
