my headphones are originaly from nokia, and when sb calls me i can't hear enything in my headphones, and i hear it in my phone. If i want to hear music on my headphones i can hear, but when sb calls me or i call sb the headpones don't work.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI purchased the X10i headphones for my N900 today today. There goes another 250 EUR down the drain. The headphones work with my 3 DACs, with my 3 computers and my laptop. With my iPod and my son´s iPod Touch. But not with my N900 ( or my wife´s Nokia Musicexpress). Upon inserting the headphones, they just make a CLACK-CLACK-CLACK-CLACK sound @ 10 CLACK´s a second, until I remove them. Anyone else had the same problem? Or know of any other brand of phone which is incompatible with a pair of headphones?

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy Iphone stopped outputting sound out of its ecternal speakers.I can only hear music when headpones are plugged in.Essentially, the iPhone thinks the headphones are still connected and will continue to output sound only through the headphone port.I have tried to "convince" it that nothing is plugged in.It is stuck in headphone mode and nothing can be heard out the speakers.I think it might be something to do with the dock connector and the soffware telling the phone it is docked.I have tried everything.Restoring to new will not work.I did a hard reboot, I have tried resetting it ont he phone setting,did and update through iTunes,did a complete backup and restore, tried unplugging and replugging the headphone jack in and out, and the Rep at the store tired spraying compressed air into the ports and is it still stuck in Docking Station Mode with NO external audio.

When i play media, even at top volume I can hardly hear it. I have set my media volume to max. I can hear system sounds and other sounds absolutely fine.
I have tried several different files and several different media players and I have the same problem with all of them.
Why is my music not working? I cant hear any music, and my speakers are fine. I cant even hear music with headphones.
