I bought an XR6 Turbo with a CK-100 installed, has been working great for 6 months but stopped working yesterday, I've checked all the power wires and the red wire has 12v, blue has 12v, and the yellow wire has 4.8v.
The light on the Navi wheel is not coming on anymore. I've tried holding the button in etc, normally it just turns on with the key but it's not working anymore.
Apparently the Nokia X3 has Navi Wheel support but i cant seem to get it to work, anyone else having the same problem or know how to get it to work?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have been using this for a couple of months and loved it. last night i was trying to pair it with my PC and finally got it working using BlueSoleil. However it spontaneously turned off and I could never turn it on again (I was not handling it in a harsh way at all, just turning it off and on and putting into discoverable mode several times).I thought maybe it's the battery so I chraged it and I had hope since the red LED came on indicating charge, and I waited til it went green. Alas, no difference. My headset is DEAD. Please help revive it, is there a way I can hard reset it or something?

View 2 Replies View Relatedi have put a nokia ck7w into my car yesterday. my ck7w does not turn on when i turn on the car and sometimes it turns itself off. all of the connections are 100% secure and the fuses are fine. i have to use the nokia button to turn it on but i would like it to turn on when i turn the key. i have connected the red wire to the +12v from my cd player, the blue wire to the cd player's ignition line, the black wire to the cd player's ground and the yellow wire to the cd player's mute connection. what do i do. the kit does automatically turn itself off when i turn off the car.

After some head scratching I noticed the wheel only works now in the counter-clockwise direction. I remember the update did fail half way through and the nokia software prompted me to connect it again and retry. The update picked up where it left off and complete successfully (or so I thought)

Does it update the maps, update the map sw? I can Never remember And what about Map Loader? Does that install new maps to the device, or update the Map sw? Wouldn't you expect that whichever sw is used to download new maps would also be able to check if there are newer versions available? And the amazing Ovi Suite (sarcasm) doesn't this do anything with Maps? Who knows... And free navigation for the N79??? Status? Will this ever be supported? The applications may as well be written in Finnish, because I sure as heck can't figure it out (BTW Helsinki is a lovely city though and the ppl are friendly, but a guy I met there with a N97 said he hated the darned thing and would be upgrading to an iPhone asap)

I've had my e71 for several months now and I didn't even know that it hada a special navigation button, I only used it to select thing, never as a mouse pad.I found out through a friend that has an e72 that the button does work for scrolling. However mine doesn't, I tried looking for how to activate it in the setup but could find anything.

I think it is too slow compared to "blackberry"s trackpad. I have to touch too many times for moving long distances especially browsing web. It's sensitivity should be increased or there should be more sensitivity levels. The difference between 3 sensitivity levels does not differ so much.
Maybe my optical navi key is malfunctioned? Can you comment your experiences with optical navi key?

View 1 Replies View Related After the 5.1 upgrade, my automation apps can't turn off mobile data anymore. That was how I was stopping beeps while I was sleeping. How do I get the phone to go completely silent except for phone calls overnight?
My goal: phone goes silent during set night hours; the only thing that can get it to make noise is a phone call or alarm. It would also be convenient to be able to toggle that mode on or off manually. I need it to be 100% effective in shutting up every single app and beep, and so far the only way I've found to do that is to turn off all data connections.
Would the new 5.1 "Downtime" option fix this problem? On the Interruptions settings page, I could set only phone calls to be priority interruptions, and then set only priority interruptions to come up during quiet hours. Would that really stop all apps, or just those that play nice? Can't seem to trigger that downtime time manually, though.
I've been using Battery drain analyzer free to set up a silent mode at night. It has a simple night and day setting, where at a set time, it can turn things off or on. So every night at bedtime, it turns off wifi, sync, and mobile data, so the only things that could really happen are phone calls and text messages. (I'd like to silence texts, too, but have not figured that out.) Then it all comes back on at a set time in the morning. Simple and straightforward -- that's all I want. It's also convenient to be able to hit the "night" button if I go to bed early or sleep past the usual wakeup time, or to hit the "day" button if I wake up early.
But with the update to 5.1, that app doesn't automatically turn off mobile data anymore. I've also noticed that my Power Toggles notification bar button no longer turns off mobile data with one click; instead it sends me to the settings page for mobile data, where I click again to turn off mobile data. There's no option in Automate It, either.I'm guessing that this is a settings change in 5.1.

New iPhone 5S, I noticed a spinning wheel just to the left of the battery indicator. Any search on spinning wheel turns up threads about a spinning wheel next to the WiFi indicator, which is not the spinning wheel I'm seeing. Â
I've gone through my settings and disabled anything automatic and background thinking that the wheel was caused by an app processing data in the background but nothing seems to have worked. Of course my concern is that the phone is doing something and will effect either my data usage or the battery usage.Â
