If the Nokia 2610 phone (none Bluetooth) is compatible with the CK7W car kit along with the MBC15 cradle? I have had a good look through the Nokia web site for the answer without success.
i have put a nokia ck7w into my car yesterday. my ck7w does not turn on when i turn on the car and sometimes it turns itself off. all of the connections are 100% secure and the fuses are fine. i have to use the nokia button to turn it on but i would like it to turn on when i turn the key. i have connected the red wire to the +12v from my cd player, the blue wire to the cd player's ignition line, the black wire to the cd player's ground and the yellow wire to the cd player's mute connection. what do i do. the kit does automatically turn itself off when i turn off the car.
I am trying to help someone that has his 2610 stuck with a "Message memory not ready" error. When checking the size of the messages , it says 945 KB occupied, 83 KB of total free memory. I did already a "reset to factory defaults", but still, these SMS are still there. I really want to delete those. What can i do?
Can anyone tell me if the n96 can be connected to itunes. My carrier is TMobile in the US. I like them as a a carrier, but what's a bit annoying is the lack of phones supporting 3G on TMO. I'm limited to a few models only, mostly directly from them.Does anybody know what the chances are that this will change in the future? That Nokia will have more models with compatible bands? Or will this particular band always be left as a **bleep**, mere afterthought of a band?
When the N900 came out in the UK I bought it on the same day! But I'm disappointed with the fact that the N900 is still not compatible with Ovi player. This is even so after the recent firmware update! Overall it seems that the N900 was rushed into the market. Sadly, some of the reviews claiming that the N900 would be known as the "iphone eater" was very wrong! I did manage to copy music to my N900 in mass storage mode but it wasn't a very smooth experience.Come on Nokia get your act together and give the music lovers out there something to cheer about by getting the basic's right! BTW if I have the fact's wrong re compatibility with Nokia Ovi Player please let me know?
Recently i bought Nokia 5233 phone When i enqired about the features enabled in this phone i come to know that maps r enabled on this phone but when i check d compatibility in nokia website this model is not there in the list of models which r compatible for maps so i need to knw whether my model Nokia 5233 supports for maps or not.
Bought today a new Nokia 3720 classic, that borught a AC-8E charger.Along with the phone, I bought a BH-105 BT headset, which brought a AC-3E charger. Both plugs are the same (nokia mini). So, I was wondering if I can use the AC-8E at home and use the AC-3E when traveling or at work, but I cxannot find any info about the fact that the AC-3E is compatible with my phone.
i wanted to ask if BH-103 is compatible with Nokia c7? Because Bh-103 has bluetooth version 2.1 but it isn't listed as compatible with any latest phones like n8, c7, c7 on nokia sites. Whereas many other bluetooth headsets have been shown as compatible having same specifications.
Due to an airline mix-up I'm currently lacking a charger, unfortunately. Many websites such as Amazon and others offer all sorts of chargers such as USB cables and AC-3 as suited for the C6 but according to the specifications on the Nokia site the C6 isn't listed as compatible. The Nokia store site for my country was closed recently, tell me which chargers are compatible with the C6? Not the C6-01
my phone works well when i cnnct it via bluetooth..but when i use the usb data cable to connect it with my pc.it gives a message of "non compatibility" is ovi suite a solution for it?
I just bought a Volvo V50 with an installed car kit by the previous owner (presumable around mid 2007 if relevant). As my Nokia 6210 just broke, I'd like to replace it by a phone that best fits with the carkit. THe kit seems to be the CK-7W as is have the remote button as with the CK-7W. The phone holder is the CR56. What confuses me is that there is a fixed (standard) cable connection at the bottom of the phoneholder and also a separate micro USB now hanging just out of the dashboard, near the left side of the phone holder. As if it should be connected to the Nokia phone on the left side. With the kit there is a wired microphone and an external loudspeaker.
i have recently bought a 5230 and i bought some music through ovi player thinking i could use it as a ringtone! ( support said i could because it came in a mp3 format ) well when i set it as ringtone it says its protected??? how can i change this or how can i view it to find out if it is ringtone compatable? or is this just a money grabber making people believe they can use it as a ringtone?
I am chasing a versatile mobile for some extensive travel. Beside music and pictures and GPS (and Radio) I am after one that can do some simle word processing and spreadsheets- for travel diaries and budgets etc. From reading the information I can't tell if the 5800 can do this with its limited internal memory. Can anyone tell me if it is possible of if the N97 or E72 is able to do this
I have a trusty 6600 (that neither slides nor folds!) but find that I can't use the normal PC Suite that is Win7 compatible; I must use a device-specific version. However, the device specific version doesn't support Windows 7. So I am stuck. Is there a workaround to either force the device-specific version to work on Win7 of get the 6600 to work with the normal PC Suite?
Recently got an X6 16GB thru vodafone and bought a bluetooth adapter which appears to work fine with Nokia PC suite. But when I run the OVI Player application, it doesn't recognise that the phone is conneted thru bluetooth, and that I need to connect using the ridiculously small 6 inch usb cable.
does bh-503 nokia bluetooth handset is compatible with nokia x6 8gb?The list show that it isn't compatible but when i search on net it is found that it is compatible.
Recently i bought Nokia 5233 phone When i inquired about the features enabled in this phone i come to know that maps r enabled on this phone but when i check d compatibility in nokia website this model is not there in the list of models which r compatible for maps so i need to knw whether my model Nokia 5233 supports for maps or not....
When I connect my nokia 701 with window 7 it stops working after sumtym in 3G mode. I tried with many operator but the problem is still same. It stops working after few minutes. For this I have tested this with other brand phone in that phone it worked greatly. Nokia devices not able to work in window 7 in 3G mode.
Having gone through hours attempting to re-download all my apps and settings since installing belle (a nightmare in itself) quite a few of them are no longer available to me! One in particular that I use frequently is "River Cottage Every Day" a food app - this was a paid for app, so I am unhappy to say the least that it no longer works on my phone..
I bought my Lumia 820 a few days back, and after having a few set-up quirks, things seem to be going quite well.I can only see one problem left, and that's as the When I connect the phone up to the PC (running Windows XP SP3), and having Nokia Suite 3.6.36 running, it comes up telling me that the phone is 'connected in a non-compatible USB mode', preventing me from doing anything in Nokia Suite.
