I see the new forums sign in now asks for imei etc information, and tells you warranty details, thats nice, but its wrong.My warranty is 2 years, and this was confirmed by Motorola. According to this whacked out date it is out of warranty in November 2012. Some 8 months before the actual date.

I have checked that app store is signed in to my current email address, it is, but as soon as I click Update it asks for the password to an old email address. It doesn't even recognise the password that used to be associated with that address.

Today Netflix updated their application to allow support for additional devices, and we sure didn't expect support for tablets. We have confirmation of it working on ASUS Transformer, Motorola XOOM, and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1.

View 1 Replies View RelatedOkay i've had my Nokia n97 for more than 6months now and its been working great except lately my facebook app wasn't working and i had to update it,so last night i backed up my files on my mobile and i connected it to the pc and updated it with the program that the mobile brings with a cd it was okay then i went back to restore my files and it said it had to restart so it turned off and i went to turn it on again and it stayed a blank screen with the nokia sign in the middle in blue (when you turn it on it that usually shows) but it stayed stuck there it doesn't go to pin code nor anything, and to turn it off i have to take the battery off,

The guy at Verizon said that it was my fault and that Motorola would charge me full price to replace the phone. I don't see how that is possible. View 1 Replies View RelatedI just recently performed the 4.5.91 update on my phone, and it has altered/edited my contacts. The older software allowed for birthday/anniversary information. Cannot figure out how to add this information back to my contacts. For the "few" that actually still showed the birthday/anniversary information, either the dates are off or they just appear as a group of numbers. When I try to delete the incorrect/altered information, it doesn't give me the ability to do that.

The real limit is 1.5mm for case thickness. The motorola black leather, chrome, and gray/silver case is too thick despite the suggestion of one of the sprint reps (however it does come off easily as promised). Outbox also says its cases are too thick.

The browsing speed is very very slow and most sites dont open.The signal strength shown in xoom is - (-105 dBm 3 asu).Is this a issue with Android 3.2 update or my home wifi is weak? Would i be able to reset the tab to the original version?

Now whenever she goes to her contacts a message pops up saying Sign In or Sign Up to OVI. She's been on the phone now with Nokia for 2 hours trying to resolve.Anyone out there have any ideas?
And by the way, are other brands of phones this bad, what with setting up loops like this can't be broken. Or, like what I've read here and elsewhere, all the problems with the Lock Code? I mean, it seems Nokia needs to go back to the drawing board and work on their user interface.
Has anyone had any success with using Wifi that required user certificates? I'm trying to get my Xoom to connect to the corporate network (EAP-TLS) and followed the instructions for the IPad and imported my certificated into Android correctly. But when I connect, it hangs at the connecting state for minutes, before finally giving up.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI love the native browser except for how it displays crackberry.com forums. The text is microscopic no matter which text size I set it at. I do know that I have to pull the battery for a text change to update (.405 software), but even that doesn't seem to change the forum's font size while other sites like ESPN and Facebook are affected.
The Opera cursor is way too laggy for me but that broswer displays the forums great and the BerryBlab app is way too slow for loading the forums and threads.I this an issue with my OS? How do you guys view the forums in native browser?

I reset my password for the owners forum and registered my phone as part of that process, but when I click on any of the links from the e-mail about MFN it takes me to a login/signup page with no login field that shows I'm logged in at the top of the page, [URL] that doesn't seem to have anything to do with MFN.
