I can't seem to post on forums or facebook with my phone. Speaking to others, they say to turn off java, but I can't find where or if it has java ! I know very little about these new mobiles. Really bugging me as it's one reason I got the phone.

I have photos uploaded but when I copy the link and try to paste it, it only pastes one word or symbol from the link. I can't figure out how to get the entire link to copy and paste.

Please provide link to answer if it has.I am wondering if there is a way to post a picture I took with my X10 to my facebook account. Someone had told me, all I needed to do was long touch it and a set of options would appear to let me do that. But I am not getting the list of options. Am I doing something wrong? I am browsing my pictures via mediascape.

1. Clear data.
2. Repair phone(SE)
3.Format memory card
No success so far.
I have a problem with the new Media Player that was installed during the recent update of the phone. I have about 1500 music files on SD card, yet the player is only displaying 182 of them on the 'All Songs' playlist. Same goes for other playlists ('Album', 'Artist' etc.) The files could be read no problem with Mediascape. It's really annoying as the Android Market music player I use bases its playlists on the SE software (PowerAMP), therefore it is not adding any more songs than 182 of the Media Player playlist.
I've done the following so far:
- reinstall the update of phone software
- restart the phone
- unmount and remount SD card
- refreshed the playlists in SE Media Player and in PowerAMP
- randomly checked the music files for corrupted ones - none of them is damaged or removed; the folders are in the same place where they were before the update and I can play them on PowerAMP if accessed via ASTRO file manager, yet they still do not appear in SE Media Player.
what can be done to remedy the problem are more than welcome. I am extremely unhappy about it as it just tops the pile of problems I had since the Gingerbread update, including the struggle to retrieve my data backup file.
Since the lollipop update the xperia with I went into setttings and added the account ffacebook doesn't show a an option when trying to post picturesor it but I don't get an option anymore to post with xperia for facebook, just the facebook.

A message (from the BB) pops up and says I must enter a title/subject. Umm...if i'm replying to a post then there ALREADY is a title/subject. I tried typing a NEW title. I tried refreshing. I tried rebooting. NOTHING works. Is it the website or BB?

View 2 Replies View Relatedso as the title says, i was able to go on car forums and such from my blackberrry storm ver. 1 with the v5.0 software.it was working like a charm and better than before and one day it just decided not to work anymore. does anyone else have the same issues / any solutions to fix this? i can go into the forum, but not the thread itself. it just comes up as blank.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI love the native browser except for how it displays crackberry.com forums. The text is microscopic no matter which text size I set it at. I do know that I have to pull the battery for a text change to update (.405 software), but even that doesn't seem to change the forum's font size while other sites like ESPN and Facebook are affected.
The Opera cursor is way too laggy for me but that broswer displays the forums great and the BerryBlab app is way too slow for loading the forums and threads.I this an issue with my OS? How do you guys view the forums in native browser?
Well I just installed it two days ago in my One and I don't get notifications... Checked notifications in the APP nd everything is OK, some work around?

But now I find that I rarely even turn my computer on.Is there an easier and/or better way to access the forums besides using the WAP address in the briowser? View 1 Replies View Relateda few days ago I bought my SE X10 mini pro.I now have a problem with my battery. A few hours ago, my battery level was around 35%
A few hours later, it remained at 35% indication.Since this couldn't be correct, i restarted the phone. Now, my battery indication was 100%. False again.I turned the phone off. It wouldn't restart.I tried the 'flash device method' by holding back button and putting in computer USB. No help.I tried SEUS. After that, phone switched back on, with false battery indication back to 100%, which is impossible.I noticed that during all this 'fun stuff', my battery refuses to charge. The LED indicator remains green without flashing, the settings screen doesnt say 'charging'. I know that the phone won't charge below 95% battery.So, the phone thinks the battery is 100%, therefore won't charge, and I'm pretty screwed, especially since I fear that once my battery drops dead, the phone won't be able to charge ever since it will think its 100% full...
Can i connect usb flash drive through usb mini port of my phone and usb mini to usb cable and view files of flash drive on phone..?

A friend suggested that it may just need updating, which made sense because I'd been getting update notifications, just hadn't got round to hooking my ohone up to my laptop. So I did just that and installed the 'companion' but when I try to update, it's asking me to insert a memory card. I've never taken it out! Not once. View 1 Replies View RelatedJust wanted to share my experience. I did the update on November 8. I didn't bother to do the backup. The only real important is the contacts and Google have them already. I used the Update Service tool and it worked like a charm. After restarting the phone I had to go through the setup wizard, which by the way is much improved. I now realized that I had lost all my downloaded applications. I downloaded them again from market. Most of them had all the old data, nice. Some games lost all history, no big deal really. My contacts, mail and calendar was downloaded from Google.
I realy like the fact that it is possible to send contacts by SMS. The images from facebook also works very well.
The one thing that I am still not used to is the unlooking. The habbit of pressing the menu button twice is had to kick. I think the new way with the slider is somewhat safer.Now I am waiting 2.2 with tethering. I hope this will be available for X10 mini some time in the future.
