I know the Xoom can be used as a hotspot but do you know if we can switch the SIM with one of the Verizon hotspots. Mostly, I just don't want to kill the battery on my Xoom when I'm using it as a hotspot for my PC when mobile.

However since it has a cap on data per month I want it to be secondary to several other unlimited WiFi networks such as my office WiFi, home WiFi, free WiFi hotspots, etc. Is there any work around to make the MiFi wireless (or any permanent wireless network) 2nd to all other recognized networks? This is the ideal set-up for my iPhone 4 and iPad 2 WiFi. I don't want to have to turn the MiFi on and off constantly, I want it on in the background as a seamless secondary option. I appreciate any insight and find it odd that you cannot prioritize networks. Meaning if I "forgot this network" and start over will the 1st joined or most recent joined become primary when there are multiple networks available?

The browsing speed is very very slow and most sites dont open.The signal strength shown in xoom is - (-105 dBm 3 asu).Is this a issue with Android 3.2 update or my home wifi is weak? Would i be able to reset the tab to the original version?

I have an iPhone 4s (Verizon). I had recently purchased what was described as an OEM screen plus LCD after I had cracked my factory screen. After replacing the screen and LCD such features as the side volume controls, vibrate switch, and proximity switch (dimming after accepting a call) have stopped working. I double checked to see that all of the connectors were pushed on correctly and they were. Is it possible this may not be an OEM screen and causing the problem or is there a piece of the hardware that I may have damaged that controls all of these functions (i.e. motherboard)?

So of course there's switch mode from work and "play". I have this issue where when I switch from one the theme changes and if I switch back the theme doesn't change. I thought this would be fix, but I guess I was the only one with this issue. Just updated to .54. I'm of course not going to do anything about it I'll just work with it. When I hear the tone that someone is calling I look at the phone and there is a box for "switch calls." But it's grayed out and pushing it does nothing. Anyone else having this issue? Really wish this update would hurry it's butt up so I can see if stuff like this and especially the spacebar keyboard issue is just cause I got a bad phone.

I like the V600 because it is quad, unlocked (im out of contract with t-moile) so I can swap sims and use it when overseas. I could renew the contract and get a free phone but I couldn't find any free flip phones that have quad on t-mobiles upgrade page.Suggestions on what to do? Replace internal parts or bite the bullet and pay for a new phone?

I can't select the bike when designing a workout in the portal, and the only way to change the bike on the device is to change the default bike in the settings prior to starting the workout. Seems like it would be simple to just tap the bike profile and switch to a different bike before you hit the start workout button.

When wifi is turned off or is unavailable after leaving the house, the phone will not automatically switch to 4G LTE data. To switch to 4G, the phone has to be rebooted. Mobile networks is set to CDMA/LTE. Enable data access over Mobile network is set to ON. Enable background data is set to ON. Data Saver is NOT enabled. I setup the email app instead of the gmail app. Now all the emails are going only to the phone, so unless the laptop is left on all the time (we use google apps sync to outlook), it never gets any emails.
How do I get these emails back to gmail? Can I mass forward these emails back out somehow? I can forward one at a time, and I can save to the sd messaging folder one at a time.
I've got two accounts set up on the stock email app. But the only way I can switch from one to the other is to go into settings and which ever one I set as default is the only one I see.When I hit menu there is no option for 'accounts' and if I hit the account name at the top it drops down and shows me the folders for that account.One is a gmail account one is an imap account.

For whatever reason, Verizon and Motorola have removed the option under Mobile Network Settings to switch to "CDMA Only" in the Ice Cream Sandwich update that is headed to RAZRs over the next few days. For anyone that doesn't have a RAZR MAXX, this is a problem, as LTE destroys batteries faster than you can charge them. In place of the former "CDMA Only" option is a "Global" feature for those that travel the world. Why they didn't leave the old option and simply add "Global" to the list is a great mystery, but don't worry, we have a way to get you onto 3G and saving batteries in just a few steps.
If Wifi drops or I turn it off, the remaining icons go white, and then if you go to settings, about phone, status, the phone states UMTS and then switches to HSPA, and it states on network "Connecting, or Disconnected" A power Cycle will sometimes help. If I turn wifi back on, I have a Blue wifi, white H+, and a Blue Network Signal strength.
