I recently used a bad battery in my phone, which ran down to 5% very rapidly, and then worked forever on that 5%.
Unfortunately, since then my other two (good quality) batteries also deplete very quickly... so I think the battery indicator has become inaccurate.
How can you delete the battery stats file on the Atrix?
i was using my keyboard (touchpal keyboard) on my HTC and everything was working well. suddenly, i tried to send a message i found that i'm not able to use letter T directly each time i press on letter T it gave me R or Y or RT or TY.i tried to change my keyboard application, and reset calibration, calibrate again, nothing change.but if i tried to change my keyboard from portrait mode to landscape it works well.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI recently had an issue with my Nexus 5 where it wouldn't charge correctly and only charge something like 30%-60% in 8 hours or 0-70% in 16hrs. I replaced the battery and it is charging as it should now.
I noticed the other day though that once fully charged it went from 100% to 89% in about 20 mins then operated as normal so I assume it needs to re-calibrate the battery. When I swapped the battery one was reading 50% and the new was on roughly 30% so it may have thrown it out a bit. Is it just a case of discharge fully then fully charge or do I have to charge this when off?
I've read a few threads and also found this:
1. Once your phone dies plug it into your HTC charger, (DO NOT TURN IT ON)
2. Let it charger fully (about 3 hours) until you see the light turn green, unplug the phone
3. Turn on the phone on but do not mess with it. (no checking email, messages, etc) let it sit for about 20 to 30 min
4. then plug it in again but let it continue to sleep (about 30 min)
5. once the light is green, unplug and your finished.
It was under the HTC one s forum. Does that apply to the Nexus 5 also? The phone is not rooted.
I woke up to find my phone had done a complete factory reset? everything was wiped out?

After the reset, I find the Android Market with a different style and layout than before.It used to have an option for "My Apps" when I pressed the menu button. Then from there I could also go to a settings menu where I select various ratings of the apps which would display on the Market.

Please try again." Logging in online, I get the message, "There was an internal error. Please try again later." I have search on the fourms and found no definitive answers. Live chat was no help either. I would rather not have to create a new motoblur account.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI performed a factory reset today to remove MySpace from my phone (I was unable to remove it any other way) and now I am having an issue with my phone.A number of my notification icons are now showing in gray instead of in color. The two that stand out the most are email notifications from POP emails (the red stamp) and from Gmail. Each of these now shows as a gray icon. This is minor, but annoying that my phone is behaving differently than it should. I am running 2.3.4 and have tried multiple resets (full resets removing all data and media)

View 3 Replies View RelatedFor most of the time I've had my Atrix, I haven't used encryption. I don't even think it was an option. After the last update, I started using the option to encrypt user data and files stored to my SD card. My Atrix has had a lot of programs force closing lately, so I did a hard reset. All my user data was intact after the reset, but I can't open any of my photos that were encrypted. I've tried setting my password to the same as it was before, but I still can't access the files. Is there anything I can do to get my photos?
View 1 Replies View Related I got the motoactv for Christmas. I tried the treadmill calibration and like others indicated it didn't last the 2 full minutes. I have ran twice since and it doesn't work at all. I ran for 1.5 miles at a 5.2 mph and it recorded a .86 run and the mph was no where near 5.2. It basically said I was going about 2.5 mph. When I look at my graph, about half the time it didn't have me moving or moving at about 1 mph!.
I want to try and recalibrate it - where can I delete my original calibration so I can try again? Also, is there anyway to edit my run to put in the correct mileage? I don't see any edit functionality.
I just reset my phone and noticed all my tagged pictures (which reside on my SD card) are no longer tagged. Was there a way to save those tags during a reset? Where is the tagging info saved?
View 1 Replies View RelatedTried to callibrate MA for indoor running;Did what the prompts said -- however, it says for the 1st 2-mins. run easy -- my MA DID NOT let me go for the total 2-mins...tried a couple of times and it usually cut me off at about 1-min?When I look at my workouts OF COURSE the paces are off because it didn't calibrate...I saw that I could "correct" the distance on the MA, but how can I go to my MA.com and enter in the laps column my actual splits..ie., 1-mile??
I actually Don't track calories but was wondering why this indoor workout said 0 calories burned? I DID wear my HR monitor...(Incidentally, I have a new NordicTrack treadmill AND the calories burned compared to my Garmin AND the MA (when I got calories from outdoor run) were ALL completely different..by a lot).I enetered the same data for all 3 re. weight, etc...

The problem we have has to do with the compass on Google Maps. it is not a frozen compass, or calibration of the compass. it has to do with the compass being off in Google Maps and the degree of the deviation varies erratically. The problem in not that the compass is off by some degrees, or that it is frozen, the problem is that the the compass is going all over the map when in google maps.
I have researched this problem for a couple of month, reading posts (here and on other forums) about this and similar problems and I'm yet to find a solution to this specific issue.I am going to take a short video of my phone rrunning google map to better illustrate the problema, nd post it to this thread.
Is anyone else having an issue with calibration for pedometer or running? It always starts saying you will walk/jog/run for two minutes, but my Motoactv has been inconsistent, mostly counting down from 120 but then ending with around 70 or 60 seconds left.

In my old Droid X it was in Menu>Settings>Location & Security>Calibrate Compass.Now, Calibrate Compass is no longer there.Perhaps the DX2 compass doesn't require calibration.

Invalid Battery.Your device battery is invalid and cannot be charged.Replace the battery with an original Motorola battery."I have the original Motorola Atrix battery that it came with originally. Problem occured out of nowhere. I cleared data/cache, rebooted phone, flashed different roms, took out battery then put it back in, used RSD Lite to flash back to stock 4.1.83 Atrix via sbf file but nothing worked.
