Previously I used a ROKR E6e, I bought that thinking it would be compatible with the S9 or S10 headphones but I couldnt use it for Play via Bluetooth. Now I just wanna know whether my RAZR is compatible with S10 HD or any other stereo Bluetooth device?

View 4 Replies View RelatedThe ICS update was pushed to my xt910 today. Froze during the install when it said starting apps. Had to hold all three buttons and reset it. Was laggy when i turned it on. Now my music or my gallery wont open. Just opens the background of the app and then freezes. Phone also wont make a sound when it rings it just vibrate. When i try to set a ringtone it just freeze my device. My files works strangely enough but you cant open anything.

However, recently, when I switched on my phone, it switched to Webtop mode, even though it wasn't connected to my dock nor to any HDMI cable. This happens every time I switch my phone on, and has been happening for a week now. The only workaround I've been able to find is to go to the Display menu, check and uncheck the "Enable HDMI cable detection". It works perfectly fine after that.

By the way, synchronising with google or having a gmail account is NOT an option, I do not trust these people and besides, I don't need another email account, I already have one at work and one at home.
Whenever i press the search button while i am in apps screen in my razt xt910, it gives me "Sorry! The application Home-screen (process com.motorola.home) has stopped unexpectedly. try again". It than takes me to the home screen after a sizeable pause.

When it turns off and the Razr lockscreen has been activated for a few minutes, headset controls no longer work. I'm not sure if this is a problem in Android or Motorola, but I didn't have this problem with BeyondPod on my Droid.

View 7 Replies View RelatedI just got the Razr HD on Thursday when it became available and I love it so far. I connected my Sony Bluetooth stereo headset (url...). So, not the typical one ear peice just for answering calls. I got them because I listen to music on phone while at the gym and the wire from my old headset kept getting in the way. So, these worked great with the Droid X, never had a problem. I connected them to my Razr HD and the volume instantly goes the the max and cannot be turn down. I use the volume rocker and the volume stays at the max volume until I turn the volume all the way down at which point there is no sound. I can't find a bluetooth volume slider in the sound volume settings and the "Music, Video, Games, & other media" volume control isn't doing anything to adjust the volume for my headset. The headset does not have a volume control of its own and right now I can't use it becuase it is way too loud. I know there ways to be able to adjust the volume for each device independently on custom roms and rooted devices why can't these simple things be added to "stock" roms? Anyone know how to get the volumes to work without having to go to a custom ROM?

1. Mic does not work. 920 does not recognise voice commands when earpod is plugged in
2. When I try to call anybody while earpod is plugged inm, i hear high pitched noise in the headset. I dont hear that noise when i play music, though.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have been experiencing a funny problem when charging my N97. I bought my phone in August last year. It had been working fine till now and still is. I really have no complaints when it is concerned to performance and usablity. Initial issues were promptly solved with the firmware updates.
Yesterday night, I found out that I had this problem. When I hooked up my phone with my charger, it did not show any light. I tried to use the charger on another mobile(SAMSUNG) which sports the same USB port as my N97 and it worked ! I also used the samsung charger (though its only 700mA) on my N97 and the charging indicator glowed ! To my surprise, the charger adapter pin that ships with the N97 allowing us to charge the phone with older chargers also allowed me to charge my phone. In short, everything charged my phone(including USB) except the provided charger.
Secondly, of lately the headset has become dogdy. Earlier, even if I ran while having hooked up, the connection was good. Now, even if I move the slightest, the phone looses the connection with the headset and the headset icon disappears. Then I need to plug it out and the plug it in again for about 2-3 times to get the icon to reappear. Now if anyone can explain to me why this is happening and the solution to it, I would be really happy.

Both apps tell me the same thing when I go into google play, and also when I use a direct download QR Barcode. I get a message saying that my device isn't compatible with this version of the software. Could this possibly be becuase the apps are not tolerant of ICS yet? I figured that since the apps were newly released/updated, that they would be compatible with the latest.
