Text messages converted to MMS (pictures) are undeliverable and unreceivable on 3G. Those same messages do seem to eventually get delivered if Wifi is enabled.
View 14 RepliesAnyone having trouble sending mail? I have a POP 3 account with COX San Diego. I can recieve mail but I can NOT send mail. This phone does not have SSL. I tried 587 in the settings along with all of the other info, identical to the other phone ( EVO 4G) and my Outlook setting on my home PC (except for the 587 port) Home pc has 25 there.

The phone reboots itself sometimes when I try to make or receive a phone call (2 or 3 times a day). I know this is happening to other Photon owners and I already tried the factory reset twice. My build # is 4.5.1A-1_SUN-198_6. Does anyone know a fix for that?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am experiencing problem of no sound coming from the phone and similarly person on other end do not hear my sound. This is happening frequently and it is quiet annoying. Once I reboot the phone, it works fine. I am unhappy as this problem occurs on daily basis and making and receiving phone calls is the most important function any one will want in their phone.

Whenever I try to call someone/send a text it either doesn't send or I get call failed after about 5-10 seconds. Last night it kept saying SOS in the top corner, even when I had signal. I tried rebooting it but it would say vodafone UK for about 30 seconds after a reboot and the go to SOS. My bbm is working fine, so im not quite sure what the problem is. today it worked for a bit and within the last hour it has reverted back to doing it agai, but it doesnt say SOS.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have been unable to receive email on my phone now for days. I initially did a batttery pull and this was unsuccessful. I have done everything possible, that I know of, to fix it on my own. I ended up doing a security wipe and now I cannot send emails either. When I try to send an email i get this message "no message services configured. You will be directed to the setup wizard to setup your email account". However, my email is already set up and I have deleted and readded it, with no luck. I have gone to my service provider- Bell- and they were unable to help me and said that I woudl have to contact Blackberry directly. I have no landline so I would have to go somewhere else in order to call so I can look at my phone at the same time.

I'm having issues with my 4s email.I can receive but not send emails.I've already checked with my network provider who told me to contact my email providers.I then double checked with them what was the outgoing smtp server address which were correct.Still have issues though.Could this be an Icloud issue or does anyone know what to do, before I thow this phone in the bin!!!
