I have a new EX 115 with sim cards from my US and my Belgian accounts. Both are shown on the screen, but all calls go immediately to voicemail. The phone never rings. What is going on and how do I fix it

I can add custom ringtone (mp3) for incoming calls , can't seem to find a way to add a custom tone for incoming SMS. Does anybody know if there is a way to do this ?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am experiencing problem of no sound coming from the phone and similarly person on other end do not hear my sound. This is happening frequently and it is quiet annoying. Once I reboot the phone, it works fine. I am unhappy as this problem occurs on daily basis and making and receiving phone calls is the most important function any one will want in their phone.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI've been using the phone for about two weeks now. In this time I've gotten a few text messages to the affect of, "I just called, why didn't you answer?" or when I call someone, they comment on how long it took for me to return their call. Piecing the feedback together, it seems that the phone doesn't always receive the call and ring. The person who is placing the call hears a dial tone, etc... and has no indication the call isn't ringing on my end. One time this occured, a voice mail was left and I received the voice mail right away. However, if no voicemail is left, I get no indication a call should have been received (no missed calls). The frequency of occurance is fairly hit and miss, besides, you can't prove someone didn't just call you .
I've experienced this on some other verizon phones of multiple brands (before smart phone times), and tend to think it has something to do with the software interactions between the carrier and platform, or perhaps the quality of antenna and how the software handles marginal signal. In the past, the only remedy I found was to change phones, but software pushes weren't as prevalent in those times.... Note, I've been a verizon customer since the dawn of time, so the carrier is a constant variable here. This phone was an upgrade from the Motorola Droid 1, and I didn't experience this problem (in the same locations) with this phone. For what it's worth, around town and at home I have a full 5 bars of signal strength, though I understand the bars are just a function of software.
I have also experienced some data drop out issues on 3G (patiently waiting for verizon to flip the LTE switch on) when heavily managing the wi-fi radio via the smart actions. There seem to be a few other complaints on the forums of similiar behavior. Changing the smart actions to have the wifi radio enabled most of the time seems to have helped with this issue, so I don't beleive it is related, but you never know..
I can't seem to receive DC calls through Ford Sync, does anyone know if there is a fix? I know it kind of defeats the purpose of "hands free" having to hit the button on the side but it really defeats the purpose if I can't use Sync at all! Sometimes I can get the first alert but then I can't hear anything, not even if i hold the phone to my ear.

When I try to do much of anything with the phone, the notification bar will disappear and the green light at the top starts blinking. After this happens, I cannot receive any test messages or phone calls. the only way that I can get the phone to work correctly again is to cut it off and reboot it. Yesterday it showed the update for the new software but wouldn't download it.

I tried docking my Atrix during an active call and it continued to stay active but after disconnecting I could not make another call while docked. There are times when I can't make or receive calls or send or receive texts.When I attempt to make a call, it never rings and when I try to end these calls, it doesn't register that the call has ended. People receive these calls but when they answer, there is silence. If people call me, I don't get any notification of this.
When I send texts, the loading bar at the top of the page never reaches the end - the same things happens: people receive the texts but when they reply it never reaches me.I have replaced the phone and it did t make a difference. I have an iPhone with sprint, and it has worked more than amazingly prior to this. It wasn't until last night around 12am that this started. I have had the phone for 4 to 5 months now. The bars in the top left are flat and occasionally one will pop up. I can t make calls and texts are slow to or just don't send at all. I was messing around on my download app in the browser and it closed and then thu problem arises. I have deleted the app even turned on and off my phone several times and turned airplane mode on and off several times. Please help:/ this is not an issue with location, and everytime I make calls it just says "calling mobile..."

I have a blackberry curve 9360, My friend calls my phone and I never get her call, her call goes straight to voice mail and my phone doesnt ring. But we can text each other. I have a Sprint Motorola Photon 4G and I am using it in Brazil with a Claro SIM Card. The phone reboots itself sometimes when I try to make or receive a phone call (2 or 3 times a day). Whenever my girlfriend sends me an SMS that exceeds 160 characters (a double SMS), I don't receive a "message" on my phone saying "1 new text message" (in Dutch: "1 nieuw bericht"). My phone also doesn't give the sound and/or vibration warning, even if it is supposed to do so (I checked the preferences multiple times).
However, I DO get a "messagepictogram" at the top of my screen (The little yellow envelope). When I go to my inbox, it says indeed that I have 1 new, unopened message, but when I open this textmessage, it is always an SMS I received previously from her. (and 90% of the time this is the same previous SMS)..
