Jan 26, 2015I have had the Droid Turbo for just over a week now. My notification sounds for my texts, my yahoo email and also Facebook will work for a day or two and then they will all stop working. I have tried running the phone in safe mode and that did not work. If I reboot the phone the ywill start working again but only for a day or two.

Jan 19, 2015I have 3 different LG Tone Bluetooth headsets (700, 730 and I believe the 750) plus a Motorola Roadster part 2 other brands that fit in ear. My wife and I swap them out as our needs fit. For exercise the LG Tone works great or if I want stereo d sound.
Anytime I am on Bluetooth the person on the other end can hear me fine but I can't hear them well. Their voices sound garbled and OT sounds like a fax machine noise in the background. I gave checked with LG, Motorola and Verizon...

Jan 18, 2015Ideally, any time I make or receive a call I'd like for the screen to be automatically turned off as if I always immediately hit the "screen on/off" button once the call was active.
To describe in more detail: I want the screen to turn off independent of how close it is to my ear. If I want the screen on, I want to have to hit the "screen on" button. This would prevent me from ever accidentally hitting screen buttons when I position the phone on my collar during calls as opposed to holding it against my head.

Sep 8, 2015I have had my Droid Turbo with Android 5.1 for about 6 months and recently it has begun to frequently refuse to charge on either the USB or official Verizon wireless charger.
I can set it on the wireless charger and both the charger and phone recognize each other, but in the morning...no charging has taken place.
I can usually force it to accept a charge by restarting the phone while on the charger.

Apr 20, 2015My phone called someone in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. It has made a few other calls during the day without a requests from me. In addition if it hears music it starts sending a 3 bell ring and on screen asks if I will not speak more clearly. At times it talks and says "Speak more clearly." The screen sometimes shows a cloud when interrupting and other times a mic. I think this may be due to a malfunctioning google assist. I think it thinks music is my voice. Sometimes I am taking pictures with it and it hears music causing it to change from the camera mode to ring 3 tones and say speak more clearly. The calling and interruptions are nuisances.

If I press the lock button myself, the phone will lock and stay black with the time. If I unlock my phone and let it be, it'll turn to the rainbow colors. Dec 24, 2011I'm having a major problem. Ever since upgrading to Android 2.3 (currently 2.3.6) none of my market camera apps are able to silence the shutter noise. This is extremely frustrating and forces me to use the motorola app which offers less control and produces lower quality photos. Any idea how to fix this? It appears to be a problem specifically with the implementation of Android on the Atrix.

Jun 5, 2011I've been wakened several times a night by notification tones randomly going off for no reason while phone is docked. Seems a lot of folks are having the same experiences. I expect to hear the initial phone docking notification and the battery full notification is turned off so that aint it. I'd turn off notifications but that's a pathetic fix.

Under the heading 'Notifications', I do not have the option of a check box to turn off the notification sounds.All I have is a drop down menu entitled, "Notification Ringtone". Within this menu, I have the options "Android System", "Handcent SMS" and "Zedge ringtones". None of these allow me the option of silencing the phones notification sounds.
What is happening is that I'm getting a double 'notification' tone every time I get a text, and it's driving me crazy. I get an overall notification beep from the phone, then a secondary tone from the Handcent app. And I really want to silence ALL of the phones overall notification sounds, and only receive the ones from the Handcent app when I get a text.

Dec 21, 2011On DROID 2 I can't seem to figure out how to set a different notification sound for each email account (corporate sync, comcast, etc.). Is it possible to do this without installing a 3rd party app? I swear I had this setup before on the DROID 2 (had to do a factory reset to try to resolve an issue), but can't figure it out. My friend has the same issue on the DROID 3 and can't figure it out. I also already know that Gmail can set up different ones if you filter through that, but that's not what I want.

Dec 30, 2011When I play sounds using iBird on my Droid X, the system reboots (goes back to the eyeball screen) after about 4 to 5 minutes, each and every time. I've tried airplane mode, turning off screen rotate feature, turning off data delivery, turning down the volume and nothing seems to correct this. I have about 6 GB free on my system.

But then I accidentally hit the voice commands button and the phone started talking. On my Bionic I couldn't find a way to switch between accounts so I made separate icons for each but it turns out that when I set the sound on one it changes both.

But even when I use the adapter, the video recorder will only use the phone's on board mic. How can I disable/mute the onboard mic?
