Its seems like a lot of pictures that I take with my Razor seem to be blurry? On my other phones there were resolution settings, but I have not found any.

View 15 Replies View RelatedThe camera app will not keep settings after closing the app. I don't mean the settings that are in the settings menu (like resolution selection and volume key selection) but the settings like: Flash Mode, Camera Mode (HDR, etc.), Exposure Level. Everytime I close the app I have to reselect all of these settings.
View 7 Replies View RelatedI recently got a brand new phone after my screen broke and I filed a warranty claim through Asurion. With my new phone when i take pictures, sometimes they show up upside down. Not always but more often than not. My original phone never did this. Its pretty annoying to have to go back to the photo afterwards almost every time and edit and rotate it. I know the RAZR has the feature to show pics right side up no matter how you take the pic holding the phone but I guess somewhere in mine the calibration for this feature is off. Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea how to re-calibrate it? Note: It doesn't matter how I hold the phone when it happens. No matter which way it is on the screen at the time, it flips it upside down after the pic shows up.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI hooked up my razr maxx to my tv via HDMI (which worked) but my screen size was a little off. Well, instead of adjusting the overlay slider, i changed the resolution of the HDMI going out of my phone to 1920 x 1080.... Well my TV does not support that resolution. Now when I connect it to the television via HDMI cable, TV says no input, droid switches to a mode that turns the screen black and creates an image on screen that looks like the mouse and two buttons on a laptop. The phone assumes that the image is being displayed via HDMI so it does not show it on the screen. The problem is i changed my outgoing video resolution to some wrong setting. The option to change this is only available when your phone is connected to another vidoe source and you can see it on the display of that other device. how i can adjust it?

I've noticed that the front facing camera on my S6 will not focus on my face if I try to take a picture. The rear camera is wonderful, and I've looked at the front camera on a friend's S6 and it was fine. So it just seems to be my phone. Otherwise, I love it and think it's great.
But what's the deal with my blurry front camera?
When I go to the camera settings on my 950XL, it list the highest resolution as 16MP, not 20.

I was taking some pictures, and noticed that sometimes they were a bit blurry/not focused. I cannot tell if its me or the camera. Also, when I zoom in on the pictures, I feel that it looks more grainy than they should.
Also, side note - has power, volume and camera button feel slightly wiggly/loose? I noticed the side buttons on my Icon are not as firm as they were on my 928.
my iphone 4s camera, It was working well with close ups, and focusing but all of a sudden is very blurry and cannot focus on close objects. I've tried restarting the phone and turning it off and then back on. Nothing is working

View 2 Replies View RelatedSo today I went to take some pictures on my 1520 and they all came out blurry. Verifying my phone I discovered that the camera is at fault shaking drastically. I can see from the rear of the phone that when I activate the camera in any app that uses it, it start jumping all around as if the electronic stabilization has gone bad. I did a restart with no luck. I do have a 2 year warrantee with the ms store so it wont be a problem to exchange. But I just don't want to have to redownload everything again.

No matter what I do, the pictures are blurry. The farther away from the object I am, the blurrier they get. I know how to use my camera well, I have reset the settings on the camera app, done a soft reset on the phone, cleaned the lens, everything, but the pictures are still blurry.

Don't get me wrong, the Icon does take the best videos I've seen on a phone and the sound is perfect. But my pictures always seem to end up blurry rather even when I am holding still. Select a smaller picture size. I tried all the picture size but nothing happened. I still cant zoom my camera. About the messaging settings, I cant select the "My Own Word" setting. It says that Currently unavailable. 1 more thing I noticed about my handset. The asterisk sign in the keypad is not well lit. Its like have some low light, while others(1,2,3,4 and so on) have the same lighting.

Having mild hearing loss I loved the fact that with this phone my ringtones and notification sounds could wake up the dead. For normal situations I would have to slide the volume controls to the mid point of the slide bar, but when I was in a noisy environment I could slide the controls all the way to the right and be sure I wouldn't miss a call. Now after the upgrade it seems like even with the slider controls all the way to the right the volume is no where nearly as loud as it used to be.
Is this just me or did Moto make a change with the update? If so is there anyway to get back to the pehnenomal speaker performance we had under ICS?
I suppose I never paid too much attention to this Data Usage app in settings and it's accuracy. My bill resets on the 9th of each month meaning i run from (BOD) 9th-8th (EOD) of each month. I have the app set to begin on the 9th of course, but it continues to display 8th-8th of each month. Is this just the way it is or am I missing something? Shouldn't the tally show date begin to date end? This configuration effectively adds one extra day to the count. It's a small inconvenience I suppose due to my unlimited plan and that I can wait an extra day to move the slider over by one day, but I'd like to keep a rough record so that I know approx data used just in case one day I have to tone it down to a shared data plan.

I only watched a couple of the pictures while they being taken, but everything seemed to be working fine. Picture showed up after being taken.

Sometimes it would take some time for them to all load and be viewable, that is until I installed an app simply called "Rescan SD.You press the app and it instantly updates the contents of your SD card. Now my pictures load up automatically with no problem at all.

However, I have noticed that there are times when I move from the default screen to the Quick Settings screen on the left, that there is significant lag. Once you move over, sliding back and forth is smoother. But that initial lag seems like a problem; I have a friend with a Droid Razr M that does not have this problem (he is on official Jelly Bean, think this makes a difference?) Does anyone else see this lag?

Also; it seems that the ICS WiFi system can even confuse itself about which AP it is actually using. ee the photo attached below at left where the settings reports that it has excellent signal strength from an AP that is a few feet away. Note that the WiFi fan icon in the notification bar is showing the signal strength of a more distant AP. There are times when this situation can be reversed; where the fan shows strong but the settings shows weak.
