My Droil Pro last week worked fine with Sync and Blue Tooth. Then it started to disconnect. After connecting to Sync, in a about 15 seconds it will suddenly disconnect from Sync The Blue Tooth is still connected and it will stream music from my phone to Sync with no problems but the phone will not stay connected.

If I keep the screen on the connection seems fine. I don't see a setting that causes bluetooth to go off when on sleep like WIFI does so what's the problem here and how can I fix it?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am having problems with random and frequent disconnects with the Atrix 4G when on Bluetooth while connected in a car. Initially my setup was using a Motorola Roadster and while playing audio I would randomly not get sound, then shortly after I would get the message that the phone was no longer connected to the Roadster.Usually it would eventually reconnect, sometimes almost immediately after. This would happen sometimes as often as every few minutes, while other times it could play a half hour or more before encountering the problem.
Initially I was unsure whether it was the Atrix itself or the Roadster, but after having recently purchased a Ford F-150 with SYNC bluetooth connect, I am encountering the exact same behavior with random disconnects. Unfortunately with the Ford SYNC, I never get it to automatically reconnect, and I must go into the phone, turn bluetooth off and back on, then manually reconnect from the phone.Most of the time I have the Atrix connected through the Motorola Car Dock, but I think the same behavior has occurred out of the dock.I have never noticed this same behavior with other bluetooth devices I have - Jawbone Icon, Monster iClarity speaker. I don't know if I have enough data to tell definitively or not, but I think I have only observed this when the auto was in motion.
I'm having trouble with the phone disconnecting from the car once the phone has docked. The signal bars gradually fall away and the car asks if you want to re-connect. The manufacturers information (jaguar) states that the phone is compatible, but gives the version as 2.1. My phone is running 2.2.2, after updating a couple of months ago. My old Nokia 6300 connects every time and I can upload the contacts to the car's display.

For now I just want to ask about the Wi-Fi because I cannot seem to find a decent or consistent answer online (using Google or here in the forums). So the issue... I turn on Wi-Fi, connect to the router, and 2 seconds later it says "disconnected". The router I'm using is a Linksys WRT-150N and my phone software version is 2.4.330.A956.

A few days ago, I updated my phone to 2.3.3. Since the update, which was successful, the celluar (3G) connection has been dropping and not reconnecting. My only resolution has been to power down/up the phone. I tried forcing the phone in/out of Airplane mode in hopes that that action would force a start of the 3G stuffs but no luck.
View 15 Replies View RelatedI recently noticed that my Bionic appears to disconnect from wifi when the screen locks. When I unlock the screen (and I have the dot pattern unlock), there's no wifi icon for a few seconds.
I have unlimited data, but still keep my DB on wifi all the time at home and the office. I'm guessing the DB goes into 4G or 3G mode when locked, which could be problematical if I had a measured data plan. Anyone else notice this behavior?
When I receive a call on my BlackBerry Torch 9800, the Bluetooth connection with my car (Mercedes E class) sometimes crashes and I end up fiddling with the phone to try to retrieve the call. It only does this sometimes and the connection was perfectly OK with other phones. Making calls and downloading the address book all work fine.

I just upgrades from a Curve 8330 to the Storm 2 9550. I paired it with my car and it constantly connects then dis connects with the factory hands free. This makes it difficult to answer calls and I drop calls in the middle. The curve worked fine with my car so it's not the car.

Initially I thought it was HBH-DS220 not playing nice with Android, so I bought MW600 Last Saturday, but sadly Problem persists.Problem Description: Simply put, I'd be lucky to finish a phone call over the bluetooth headset without it dropping connection. The MW600 would still display the telephone number, while in fact no sound is coming or going through, and then it takes a few seconds for the "Bluetooth" toggle button on the phone call UI to disappear. Whenever that happens, I'll have to frantically yank off the earbud, take out the phone, and start appologising to the other person for missing the last few seconds of conversation.It would also sometimes lose connection when I'm playing games, the sound would stop coming in from the game, then the game will freeze for a second or two, and suddenly the sound would start coming out from the the built in loud speakers and give everyboy else a heart attack.i'm using stock firmware, never rooted/unlocked:

EDIT: On another note, after posting this, I found I have put my email as the displayed username... (I already have an account over at blog.sonymobile, and over there, username means email address. So I put my email address when I log on here, the button says something like "create account"... yes, its a bit weird, yet plausible since I was thinking you're confirming my email before proceeding onto anothe create account screen. There was no warning THAT username is the one going to be displayed.)
I know this has been working before, and I really need to connect my iPad via Bluetooth to my iPhone so that I can then use the Wireless via my iPhone. Unfortunately, every time I connect to the iPhone via Bluetooth the WiFi on the iPhone disconnects.

I'm loving my lumia 800, but this bluetooth problem is driving me crazy! The handset pairs fine with the head unit in my c class Merc, I can make and receive calls and text messages, but it continually disconnect the bluetooth as though the phone is powering bluetooth off and then powering it back up and reconnecting. This sometimes happens every 30-40 seconds other days it can be ever 3-5 minutes. The head unit works fine with my blackberry, htc desire and a mates iphone so I know that's not at fault. I've tried deleting the pairing and restoring my phone prior to the update but all to no avail.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI just noticed that my calendar was not syncing with my Google calendar, and went in to settions>accounts and noticed that the sync brower (which was new to me) had stalled and turned the sync circle "red". I then shut off sync browser and rebooted a couple times and my calendar is now synced. Seems that Google is adding feattures as don't recall seeing sync browser.Just curious, is there a webpage that documents or advises updates to this device so that I don't scratch my head each time? The "Apps" do a great job of advising changes, sure would be nice to see changes in the OS.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI use a Bluetooth headset (Best Buy brand) when watching videos on my Xoom WiFi. However, the sound is nearly a second behind the video. I have the same problem when using the bluetooth headphones with my HP notebook. I understand that Bluetooth requires a lot more processing than hard-wired headphones. However, a fast processor such as the one in the Xoom should have negligible processing delay. I suppose the headphones could contribute most of the delay, but I still find it hard to accept that delay should be so long. I use digital hearing aids that have a 32 channel digital filter. The hearing instruments have to first do an A to D conversion, then process the audio and convert it back to Analog before sending the signal to the output transducer. Yet the delay through the hearing aids is negligible. Why is the delay so long through bluetooth or are the Best Buy headphones just crap? I really like using wireless headphones. Wired headphones are always getting tangled or I forget about the wires and walk away from my notebook and either yank the headphones off my head or come very close to dragging the notebook onto the floor.

The problem is not interference between the two).When I pair my S10-HD set to my laptop (Acer TimelineX, Windows 7 64-bit, Broadcomm Bluetooth 3.0 USB driver 6.3.0.5900, Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator6.1.7600.16805), I have two options: 1) With Audio Sink disabled in Services (device>properties>services tab) I get great audio, but it cuts out continually (sound goes off and on) AND it is out of sync with video (in all video programs... Windows Media Player, VLC, and Silverlight); or 2) It is in sync, but is horrible sound (muffled volume, awful constant static).
This is what I have tried: All combinations of services, allow and disallow bluetooth devices to find this computer, clearing pairs and re-pairing over and over and disconnecting reconnecting and closing applications rebooting and closing and relaunching applications (all combinations for all tried scenarios), turning off ALL wireless devices in the house, never S9's and S10's on same machine, and I've tried every combination of button pressing on the headset. Bluetooth is set as the default playback device. The headset pairs perfectly with my iPhone 4 (the phone was not on during pairing or when experiencing the problem).
I've been able to get my X2 to connect to my 2010 VW via bluetooth to make & receive calls, but it won't connect to play music off the phone via the car speakers. The option is checked (to allow Bluetooth audio) in the car's menu.

View 7 Replies View RelatedBefore I had the Vehicle Navigation Dock, when I turned on navigation and the radio was on, the turn by turn voice went through the car radio. If the radio was off, it played through the phone speaker. Now that I have the dock, if Bluetooth is active, the voice doesn't play at all. I have to turn Bluetooth off in the phone to hear the turn by turn. This isn't optimal because then I can't use the phone over bluetooth. Is there a setting to have the voice always go over the phone speaker?

After it disconnects it will be silent then my music will blare out the phone which I hurridly pause/mute so not to disturb my co-workers and get in trouble with my boss. Sometimes it will re-connect on its own or I manually turn off the headset and turn back on and it will be fine. It maybe happens twice a day. It has even happened while on a call before but not alot which I dont talk alot on the phone. I use it pretty much all day while at work. I have asked LG support about it but they have 'no known issues' and suggested I check with Motorola to see if this phone should be compatible with the headset.

My problem is when I try to use hands free calling with my Clarion CX609 head unit, the microphone does not connect. I hear the call through the speakers as expected but the phone is still using the built in microphone. After the OTA release of 5.9.902 I still don't have connectivity to my external microphone.I had a Blackberry Tour and it connected and worked perfectly fine. I would think my Bionic would work in the same manner only better.
