I have a milestone which is almost the same as droid. After I installed 2.3.3, the hard reset doesn't work. X button, through to menu etc it shows instead Err:A5, 69, 4E, 00, 2F. Batterey Ok, ok to programm etc. Bootloader is 9.78

I just recently tried to turn on my phone and it just wouldnt work. It turns on when I plug it into the wall, but only the motorola sign shows up. I tried doing the hard reset by holding down the power and camera, then plugging it in to turn it on, but it only shows the motorola logo, then the screen turns black, then it starts up again to show the motorola logo. After the last update, I started using the option to encrypt user data and files stored to my SD card. My Atrix has had a lot of programs force closing lately, so I did a hard reset. All my user data was intact after the reset, but I can't open any of my photos that were encrypted. I've tried setting my password to the same as it was before, but I still can't access the files. Is there anything I can do to get my photos?

Somewhat brighter blue for signal, Somehwat darker blue for no signal
it is impossible to tell if I have a zero bar signal or full bar signal (all in between are kind of visible)....
Ironically the indicator for not connected to Google services is very easy to read - but in most cases only lasts a few seconds...
Suggestion for the next patch: Turn up the level of blue for signal and go to grey for no signal to make the indicator visible.
One of the most annoying things about the GB update is that the icons in the status bars are to hard to read.Especially in the car dock I cannot tell is I have a text message or an email or WTH is in the status bar.

View 8 Replies View Relatedever since the 2.3.4. update i found my button hard buttons stay lit when watching videos. they used to time out after a min or two but now never time out. is this normal now and is there a way to shut them off when watching videos at night. it is annoying that they stay lit especially at night. i do not have the dx2 in a doc when watching the videos. just have it on wifi and watching cnet tv and Internet stuff.

I have to press it at just the right angle and in just the right spot in order to get it to turn on or off the screen / tablet. The volume buttons make a slight clicking noise and are much easier to press so I was wondering if the power button should also move easier and make a slight clicking sound or if all the tablets have a power button that's hard to get to register?

I have a feeling it because a passcode was entered too many times and the phone reset itself. (Happened before as the touch is very sensitive) Or it is a bug and it rest itself which is highly unlikely.

Two months ago i purchased HTC one s. Last night i turned it off and later turned it on but it didn't turned on! I tried to give it a Hard reset but it didn't even switched on in the recovery mode. It is not showing a sign of rebooting. It is completely switched off. I tried to switch it on using volume down/volume up button with power button but it still not got ON!:-(I tried to connect it with PC but it fails to load..Only thing that shows the sign of life is it's charging orange light..Is my phone dead???
