View 1 RepliesMy phone currently can make calls and send text messages but it will not send/rx data type calls. The H+ icon is displayed and I'm in a good signal area. Wi-Fi works fine. In the Phone status menu, I see a potential problem in that the Mobile Network state is set to "disconnected". Mobile Net type = HSPA (which stands for what?), Service state = "in service", and I'm on an AT&T network.how to get my mobile network state back on?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have unlocked AT&T Atrix 4G from the states, voice communication and sms are working fine over Vodafone GSM in Egypt, WIFI is ok.
Problem is in accessing the internet, tried with Vodafone different APN configurations but was unsuccessful and still cannot access my email's and browser.
I miss being able to easily send and receive images via text message.
This was a major way that I communicated with my farflung family. With the Atrix, I can't seem to get this to work without going to settings and enabling the data network for everything that might want to use it ( and that seems to be a considerable number of things despite my efforts to choose wireless only options.) I realize I can turn it on briefly to send (though that's a multi-step process) but there's no way to anticipate when an MMS message is coming in.
my unlocked AT&T atrix 4g from the states is working all fine except with data network over the gsm (Vodafone) network, with WIFI it' ok.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I try to access web sites from the Blackberry browser I get the "Unable to connect to the selected mobile data service. Please try again later" message. This happens whether connected through the T-Mobile network or Wi-fi.When I change the browser settings to the T-Mobile browser I am able to access web site just fine. However I would prefer to use the Blackberry browser because not all pages load correctly with the T-Mobile browser.
I have an active data plan and am connected to an enterprise server. My outlook and webmail e-mails work so I don't think it's a problem with my carrier. I've tried a battery pull, re-sending my service books, etc without luck.I think the problem may have started after connecting to my desktop for the first time in about a year, but I'm not completely certain. T-Mobile support and IT administrator have been no help.
Since Upgrading to 2.3.4 GB, my Atrix has consistantly dropped the Data portion of the Connection, the Wifi and Network Icons are Blue and showing H+ Icon. If I go from Desktop to Email, the Icons go gray and time elapses before they turn "Blue Again", If I try to access email, I get a warning, "No Data Connection or The Password to your ISP is not valid.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI purchased a Atrix2 sometime back but just recently was looking to connect it to my PC to download some stuff onto the phone.When I connect my phone to the PC (windows 7 64 bit), the PC is not able to install the required drivers for my motorola phone. It fails with an error that says failed to install something called "ADB" drivers. The phone and car find each other, the phone asks for the PIN code and it says connected. But, when I try to connect the phone to my car, I get an error message that the car has rejected the connection.

Did that and it says: "The phone radio is unable to connect to the network. Make sure the radio is on, or move into a better cover area". Same story when I put my UK (the orginal) SIM card in. Tried to connect to wifi, that won;t work either.

It seems to be picking up Rogers network, when I am on the Telus network. It will not find the Telus network at all. I've tried pulling out my simcard, and resetting it. I've tried to manually select Telus, but it will not come up, it says: Mobile Network: *none* or Rogers.

I have a sim card with three (network) but it won't connect to the mobile network just displays SOS in the top right corner.
