Lumia 1020 :: Why All Apps Gone Including Main Ones?
Jul 12, 2015I just installed the 10166 build on my lumia 1020 and after sometime the start screen did not appear only black screen saying loading. I tried hard reset and now there are only 4-5 apps on my phone, no call no store nothing? What should I do?

Apr 30, 2014I've a rooted Nexus 5 with 4.4.2 and I can't find how to display a contacts details including there address. As a result, I can't just punch an address into Maps to quickly navigate there!
The dialler just gives me phone numbers, Hangouts (which I hate!) just wants to start a conversation with people!I dl'd Contacts+ and that does the job! but I can't use that as, for some reason, once installed it sets my notification volume to zero and I can't change it!!!

Jun 11, 2014Most of my camera use is to take a pictures of my kids.The problem is that I don't success to get a good pictures because the kids I always in movement and the Canberra doesn't focus on them well.I tried to set the shutter speed to be faster but the I get a darkness pictures.Why there is no modes like Nature,sport,kids,etc and the camera will set the values automatically due the selection mode? ( I had this feature in my android devices).

Oct 17, 2013I wanted to take all my high res photos off of my 1020 to back them up, also to free space but when I connect it to my Windows Desktop PC and go to the camera roll folder and select all the high res photos, Windows constantly says an unexpected error occurred and cannot transfer the photos It asks if I want to try again and nothing works. I then tried to import the photos using iPhoto on my Macbook Pro and it sees the phone as 909, and just says Loading...I left it for 2 hours and still says loading. iPhoto didn't freeze it is just not reading the photos.

May 1, 2014My 1020 seems to have a problem when set to infinity focus...the pictures end up a bit blurry. The strange thing is that on autofocus the picture is perfectly sharp...which makes me think this is a software issue rather than hardware.
I uploaded 2 pictures to show you the issue. Both were taken on a tripod and 2 seconds self timer to avoid handshake. ISO was set at 100 and everything else left on auto except for focus mode.

Lumia 1020 :: Slight Stretching Around Edge Of Pictures
Oct 2, 2013Got my 1020, it's great so far, loving the pictures. I've noticed one thing though, not a problem so much of a curiousity. The edges of my pictures seem to be stretched slightly, it's especially noticeable when someone is standing at the edge of the picture, they'll have a wide head.Is it something to do with the huge sensor?

The farther away from the object I am, the blurrier they get. Nov 27, 2013I have two issues. I took a picture using Nokia camera app which is on default. Some pics didn't save.
Next is when you take picture. When u go to photo albums. You see a link below saying open in Nokia camera. How come pics have that link and others don't? I took some smartcam pics too look at later and can't open it up and do the action shots and other stuff.
