Dec 23, 2010I was sent an email with a large attachment with it and now I'm unable to access my emails nor send texts?Whenever I try, I'm presented with this error message: -'Uncaught exception: java.long.array Indexoutofboundsexception' and an 'OK' button.When I click this, (in the vain hope all will be OK from there on in, it logs out of the app and I'm back to square one!Therefore rendering the phone useless!When I contacted Blackberry support, it states that it has no knowledge of 'Uncaught exception: java.long.array Indexoutofboundsexception' ?

Jun 18, 2012My 4S has a passcode lock set, as a new requirement by work. I am not receiving text messages, emails or reminders until I have entered the 4 digit passcode, effectively waking the phone. I find this incredibly annoying. I'm not sure if I have an inccorect setting or if it is a phone issue.

May 2, 2012When I send a text from work to my wife from my iphone 4 she receives an email on her iphone 3GS and her ipad 2 from <my phone number>@media messaging.o2.co.uk. The email says 'Here's a picture message you've been sent from <my phone number>. The message has no other content even though it is indicated that there is an attachment.
Is this a problem with my network provider or are there some settings which need changing?

Jun 20, 2012I have an iPhone 3GS, and since I upgraded to iOS5 it won't send text messages! I have plenty of service, but I can't send texts. The bar will get close to the end, but never say "message sent". I've rebooted and reset everything already multiple times and it STILL won't work. I turned off my 3G and it STILL won't work. It never did this until I upgraded the software.

May 8, 2012My iphone 3GS has no sounds now except the phone ringer. I have toggled the mute switch back and forth and it makes no difference. When I go into settings for sounds I see at the top that it is marked silent. However I cannot find any way to switch that off and reset it back to sounds. The only thing that seems to work now is vibrate and the phone ring.

Apr 3, 2012I have restored my iPhone in both standard and DFU mode while setting up a new iPhone everytime still no luck. I have tried the sim card in another iPhone and the sim card works perfectly fine.
I have full bars, on t-mobile which the phone is locked to.
The mobile internet works absolutely fine. When i try ringing 150 it disconnects straight away saying "call ended" I have not tried another sim card in the phone.

Dec 2, 2014I'm using an iPhone 6+, a Macbook Pro with retina display and an iPad 4th gen. I got the texting on the mac set up once the updates came out and it worked beautifully. A week ago, all I did was change the password to my apple id, logged back in and now I can't text from my macbook or my iPad. I've logged out and back in a million times, changed my network settings, double checked I'm logged in on all devices, I've used both my original apple id with my @yahoo account and with my @icloud (honesty, I don't even know where the @icloud one comes from, I only use my @yahoo to sign in), and there's just nothing. I'm hoping theres something I can do besides a factory reset on both.

Jun 2, 2014I got the iPhone 5S 16GB less than two weeks ago. I did the update after purchasing and everything has been fine. My internet, apps, texts all stopped working last night. I have restored to factory settings, taken out the SIM card, and wiped the phone clean 3 times. I plan on paying a visit to my carrier today. I have Apple Care and insurance, so if the problem cannot be fixed, I will need them to supply me with a new phone.
