IPhone :: Want Pc To Sync With My Phone.

I connected my iPhone with pc and synced it to the new desktop. Everything syncs but my music. All my purchased mucic syncs but not my own CDs. I've now loaded all my CDs onto the new desktop, created the playlists, etc. I connected my iPhone again and made sure the computer is authorized and clicked on the image of my iPhone on the left side of the screen. I then clicked on Sync entire music library and clicked on Apply. But my music still will not sync. What do I need to do?

I have synced the music from my PC's itunes library to my iphone. When I try to do the same with the apps I get a warning that the statistics in the apps/games on my phone will be lost. Can I sync my apps without losing my statistics/levels off of the phone?

If I fill out the address and birthday fields on the web site contacts page. Sync to my phone fails. If I fill out the address field on my phone, then it doesn't complete the relevent fields on the web site. The address fields on the web site are different to the phone and fields on the site are not supported by the phone's address book.
It seems like the two are running different software and are slightly incompatible

I have recently replaced my PC with a MBP. When I sync my iphone with the new mac for music, it said my iphone is synced with another itunes library and I have to erase the iphone content in order to sync with the new library. If I select erase and sync, does it erase everything, or just the music portion? I want to keep all my apps but just sync music, is there a way to do this?
Also, my iphone has all my contacts and my mac has none. So, if I check the sync box for contacts, does my contacts transfer from my iphone to the mac, or do they transfer from the mac to the iphone (which means it erase all my contacts in the iphone)? Obviously, I want to transfer my contacts in my iphone to the mac, how should I do that?

So, the other day my mother accidentally erased all of her events in iCal on her Mac. She still had them all on her iPhone, so she tried to sync it with her Mac to undo the deletions. But it did the opposite; all of her events were lost on her phone. Luckily, I was able to restore her back-up onto her iPhone. So I need to know if there is a way to sync the events (one-way) from the phone onto the Mac.

I have an iPhone 4s and a Mac with leopard. I'm trying to sync my calenders. I am able to transfer the info from my iCal to my iPhone, but not the other way around. Is this possible to do without upgrading my Mac software? I read some bad reviews on the upgrade to Snow leopard.

My phone was slowing down, so i restored it and chose the wrong backup (i did not see the backup that was made today). I option+clicked the restore button to point it to the backup that was made today, but when i go to the "/Users/username/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/backup" folder there are no clickable files to select. Am I looking in the right place? How do I restore from that most recent backup? I would like to do it without having to completely restore my phone again.

I had a text conversation, took a number of pictures and videos, etc. Then I come home, sync it with iTunes and with my backup, and all of that stuff vanishes. How can they give you an activated, functioning phone before you walk out of the store, but not tell you that you have No way of saving anything you do on it pre-iTunes sync?

All my appointments in my PC have the correct time. However, in the iPhone, they show 1 hour earlier. Does anyone know how to get them to sync properly so that they show the same time in both places? Oh, this is the iP4, but I had the same issue with the 2g and the 3gs. Never took the time to try to fix it before.

I loaded software on my pc – pc was stolen – all info is on my phone but not new pc. New pc has a different name and now phone will not sync and keep current info, I don’t want to lose my data on phone. I have changed my password many times – if I use new password in Itunes store on pc it works but will not work on phone. Apple ID is different on phone.Â

I have searched internet including Apple Communities to find out why the phone numbers in the Address Book won't sync with iPhone 4S Contacts. All email addresses, etc. have transferred but not phone numbers. I have tried clearing the Sync history via Preferences but that did not work. I am using USB cable and Wifi syncing through iTunes.

I just got my iPhone 4 on Friday (release day here in Canada! yay!), and I also got an email from Apple saying my newly-ordered iMac has shipped! Best day ever... lol.
Anyways, I was wondering if this is possible: I manually added contacts from my old cell phone as well as my address book (Outlook Express on a 9 year old PC) to my iPhone. When I get my new iMac, will I be able to sync all of those contacts from my iPhone on to the iMac to populate my iMacs Address book app? Forgive my noobiness, but this is my first Mac ever, and my first iPhone (not counting my iPod touch).

i am not sure if i changed something or not but when i plug my phone in it syncs for about 20 minutes. before it was maybe 2-3 at the most. i dont sync any music to my phone and i only have 2 pages of apps. just says backing up phone forever. it never did this.

Wireless sync only works when I unlock phone. Is there a way to tell itunes my phones unlock code? Itunes tries to sync all night and posts 50 unknown errors. I unlock the phone and it syncs. I dont want my phone sitting around without a lock code but with wireless sync I cant find a place to tell itunes my code so it can sync? Any help is appreciated... Ray O

I've just gotten a Bold 9700 and noticed that even though I have the option to sync the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts profiles on the phone, the pictures for my phone contacts remain blank. The Facebook profiles are linked to my contacts and sometimes will show the Facebook profile picture but after a while the picture reverts to a blank icon again. I've also unselected the option to sync and re-enabled the option to update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try and force the pictures to update but no success.
I was thinking that it might also be because of a conflict wiyth other apps trying to update the contact pictures seeing as I originally imported all my contatcs from my Gmail account but I am unable to figure out which other apps, if any, are updating contact pics and thereby turn them off.
Blackberry contacts linked to a LinkedIn profile show their LinkedIn profile pics correctly though and other than that I only have BB Messenger, GTalk, Windows Live Messenger and Facebook that are linked to my Blackberry contacts.Any ideas on how I can get my contacts' pictures to sync correctly with Facebook?

Seems that they closed whatever they were using to allow syncing by wifi.The device shows its "Ready to Sync" and the status bar on top shows its connected but the phone never shows up in iTunes.I am sure it's nothing more than a software update, but if you use it religiously, you might want to hold off.
