I would like to have all of my phone apps in one place (home computer), When I switched from laptop to desktop the phone apps in itunes didn't migrate to the new computer. I try to sync the phone to the desktop all of the old apps that are on the laptop are deleted and vice versa.

I am getting my new phone tomorrow and im tired of using my laptop to sync, and would rather use my desktop. I do not want my music, just my apps - but i cant figure out how to view my apps on my desktop! I have never used it before for syncing or anything and i plugged in my phone and i wasnt able to see my purchased apps or anything. Personally i hate itunes because i can never figure out where **** is!
Also, i just updated my current phone yesterday to iOS4 and my phone is back to normal. There are no apps or music currently on it. The only thing i still have is my contacts - which is all i wanted to keep on my phone. I dont have to sync my phone and put all the apps on my phone from my laptop, then sync again with my desktop, do i? that would be horrible on Apple's part..
if i pressed sync apps it will directly delete all the new apps?

I just got a replacement iphone and restored it from a backup, however, upon trying to sync it again, the 'sync apps' checkbox is not checked. I can see my apps that are greyed out but as soon as I check the box to sync the apps, they all disappear! I haven't synced it since for fear of having to start over every time.

I have 209 apps in my itunes store but in my iphone it shows only 176, some apps are not shows in my phone even with sync, I can see them not highlighted in my istore, in my phone ther is 11 screen with 16 apps in each one so total of 176 app, is it the maximum screens in the phone 11 ??

I've recently found that my phone,HTC one M9. erases my apps that were stored on the sd card, after restarting the phone .I moved the apps to the sd card to save space on the internal storage of the phone . How do I keep the apps on the sd card ? or the phone from erasing them?

I opened "Files" and see the directory structure for the internal phone storage and my external SD card, but I don't see an "Apps" directory. Manage Apps under Settings provides the option to move it to the "Media" area, but what directory is that? Would that be in the folder called "Protected Content"? Looks like "Ringtone", "Image", and "Music" are the only sub-folders in there currently.

1) How do I find the folder where apps are stored? I have an external SD card and when I view it with file manager or via USB on PC I can see the folders but I can't see most of the folders that are on internal storage.
2) How do I get album art to show across multiple media players? I have Cover Art Downloader installed and it found nearly all of album artwork but unfortunately it doesn't show up on stock media player, MixZing, etc.

Why is it that whenever i restart my phone or once i plug my phone with the USB,the apps that are stored in the SD card is pushed all the way to the last page? this happens everytime until i have to manually put everything all over againi have set the Arrange Apps to Own Order alrdy and it still pushes all the apps. I have the Gmail app but it's not working properly. So, I want to fully delete it then reinstall it. I tried this last night by holding my finger on the app until it jiggled then pushed the "x" in the corner. I then restarted my phone, when to the app store and installed the app again, but it still signed me in automatically as if I didn't delete it. So, how do I fully delete it?

I purchased 20MB of space from ICloud which is more than enough to cover the update and my data? A week or so ago, my iphone deleted a photo editing app, and as I went to redownload it, it gave me the option to open the app (which was not on my phone), but not to reinstall it. it did the same thing with a music app the next day. now it's at the point that I cannot download any app; deleted or new.
