I have apps on my old Ipod touch that I want to put on my new Iphone. My Ipod is synched to my PC, but I want to sync my new Iphone to my Macbook Pro. I also want to put the old apps on my Ipod and put them on my Iphone. What should I do?

I would like to have all of my phone apps in one place (home computer), When I switched from laptop to desktop the phone apps in itunes didn't migrate to the new computer. I try to sync the phone to the desktop all of the old apps that are on the laptop are deleted and vice versa.

I am always using manually manage my videos and mp3 s 5.0.1 ipad with many computer.just bought an iphone with 5.1.1, and i realize this function HT1202 manually manage now was disabled for many computers/itunes management. Every time it manually manage checked on default computer [home] and the iphone plugged into another computer the manually manage not checked.If i checked at those other computer , it will erase and sync.This not happen on 5.0.1 ipad, it still checked at other computers, so i can drag and drop as i want. The syncing on my iPod 5th Generation seems to work fine, but after further review, about 10 apps don't sync for some reason. I am using iOS7. I'm trying to transfer all of my apps from my iPod to my iPhone 5s via iTunes, but I can't get a few apps to sync in iTunes. Why most of my apps will sync fine, but some won't? One of the apps I am trying to sync is called RE.minders (a calendar app).

I am getting my new phone tomorrow and im tired of using my laptop to sync, and would rather use my desktop. I do not want my music, just my apps - but i cant figure out how to view my apps on my desktop! I have never used it before for syncing or anything and i plugged in my phone and i wasnt able to see my purchased apps or anything. Personally i hate itunes because i can never figure out where **** is!
Also, i just updated my current phone yesterday to iOS4 and my phone is back to normal. There are no apps or music currently on it. The only thing i still have is my contacts - which is all i wanted to keep on my phone. I dont have to sync my phone and put all the apps on my phone from my laptop, then sync again with my desktop, do i? that would be horrible on Apple's part..
I've been able to sync my iPhone with multiple computers previous to iTunes 10 using the following method (HexEdit, iTunes Library.xml)

Ok i'm been reading up on syncing to multiple computers (through google and apple support) and it seems slpit on it can and can't be done... I recently switched from an iPod 5th generation to an iPhone 5s. When I went through the process to transfer apps to my new iPhone via iTunes, there were a few apps that I couldn’t sync from my iPod to iTunes. Consequently, those apps did not transfer to my new iPhone. Almost all of my apps synced, except for a few.
