May 31, 2012Me again i still cant save the vidios ive reset my phone / turnt off and then back on like five times ive resett the app countless times and i also have pressed save vidio loads of times and its still not goin to my camera roll?

User manual downloaded from Nokia (107 pages!) says an attachment to a text message can be saved by touching "..." and then 'save to phone' but "..." and no other options appear when tapping the video or the enclosing text message. That user interface does work for photo images received in a text message but not for videos.

Tap to open a message conversation thread. Tap the attachment > View picture. Tap the bottom left corner icon and select an option. But the only options it gives is to use picture as contact picture or wallpaper.

I was able to insert a microSD card and save the one in the Media area, but the ones that are in video messages aren't so easy.There's an option to save them, but it times and locks for a few seconds, then no results. I looked in media and they're not there, and this is the same result with or without the card in. There's no option to send via bluetooth either.
I downloaded and installed Motorola Phone Tools, but I got an error to the effect of the license being expired.

May 24, 2015I tried to take several videos last night of a band but each time I went to save clips of 4 mins in length to my internal storage, the phone would display flashing bars as though saving but wouldn't save (just showed the flashing bars as though trying to save) and instead lock up. I had to restart each time and consequently lost my videos. I tried various recording modes and had the same issues. I was able to take and save pictures with no issues.

Mar 19, 2012When I open the camera app I switch over to video camera and tap the record button but nothing happens. The camera does not record. I do not see a video time counter and I cannot do anything else with the camera. I can't stop the recording because it doesn't think it is recording. Odd. BTW, this was happening before 5.1 update.
