Jun 25, 2011how I can save a picture received by text (multimedia) to my album? when i open the picture I only get the choice to use as wallpaper or contact.

Nokia Lumia :: Save A Video Received In A Text Message To 920?
Nov 18, 2012Lumia 920 is one week old, great phone. But don't see how to save a video received in a text message to the phone and eventually to skydrive. User manual downloaded from Nokia (107 pages!) says an attachment to a text message can be saved by touching "..." and then 'save to phone' but "..." and no other options appear when tapping the video or the enclosing text message. That user interface does work for photo images received in a text message but not for videos.

Jun 10, 2010I have just got an xperia x10 mini.I received an mms and wanted to save the picture to my phone so I could use it as well as upload it to my pc - but I dont seem to be able to do this.The instructions say:To use a picture in a multimedia message:From the Home screen, find and tap Messaging. Tap to open a message conversation thread. Tap the attachment > View picture. Tap the bottom left corner icon and select an option. But the only options it gives is to use picture as contact picture or wallpaper.

Aug 9, 2011I cannot receive any MMS messages when I am roaming. I received a text with a picture attachment and I could not download the attachment because it came up with an error that said I had no data connectivity. The 3g data symbol was up and blue in color and worked because I was able to text via data roaming.I can send and receive calls and text messages while roaming, just could not get the MMS picture. I had everything checked correctly, data roam and call roam were both checked. The only way I could get it was to get to an area where I had sprint service to download. Is this a known problem? Where I work deep in the building I am usually roaming.

I've also lost my User Guide since updating my phone after a phone prompt, when I try and access it it says 'Cannot find User guide on memory card. The memory card has been removed or the files have been deleted. Are these two things linked?

Mar 23, 2011I have a Torch 9850 and when I used to send pics to a friend through BBM they would get the option to preview, save or cancel; in turn, I would receive the same option. When I clicked "save" it would download the full 1-2MB version of the pic in BBM, saving it to my picture folder. Yesterday they bought the same phone (Torch 9850) and now when either of us send a pic, neither of us have the option or are given the opportunity to download the actual picture file?!? We simply get a low quality 30KB image with no option other than to go to the BB file menu and click "save" which saves not the full high quality image, but the 30kb one we just received.

When I receive a text from one particular contact in my phone book, the number displayed is a combination of 4 different numbers, all of which belong to different contacts in my phone book. When I reply the text is sent to the first number of the four which is not the contact who sent me the text! None of these four contacts are connected, nor are they adjacent in my contacts list! I tried deleting the contact affected and then adding back in but this did not fix it.
