Motorola :: W755 Need To Save Video Messages

My friend has a deactivated W755, and she wants me to save videos of her late brother onto a CD. I was able to insert a microSD card and save the one in the Media area, but the ones that are in video messages aren't so easy.There's an option to save them, but it times and locks for a few seconds, then no results. I looked in media and they're not there, and this is the same result with or without the card in. There's no option to send via bluetooth either.

I downloaded and installed Motorola Phone Tools, but I got an error to the effect of the license being expired.
