Feb 2, 2012In linking to new Playbook, messed up and had to 'start again' with blackberry phone. Messed up also with my old password and after 10 tries it froze. I have gone through password reset process but still blocking me with the message: Your account has been locked. Please try again after the lockout period has expired or call customer service.Any suggestions other than a call to technical desk. I've been researching forums and seems to be the case that lock is indefinite. Incidentally, I didn't see the option after 10 tries to enter word 'blackberry' but it was late at night and frustration had kicked in. Possibly I missed that.

Jul 9, 2010I've downloaded apps via the store before, however I was having trouble with MobileTag.It says "Downloading 0%" and hasn't changed.
I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.

When I left the Apple Store, they stopped downloading (naturally), as I was not connected to WiFi- but once I got home and re-connected to WiFi, they would not continue downloading. How do I get my apps to continue downloading?

Apr 1, 2012Even when you disable the setting to use cellular data for music downloads, when you enable iTunes match and are downloading files, if you walk away from your hotspot, iTunes keeps downloading you music.I've tried anything, but only completly disabling cellular data (network setting) prevents me from using up loads of data traffic while having iTunes Match downloads.

Same issue on my iPhone 4 and iPad 3, both iOS 5.1, using the default mail app with default "Gmail" account (IMAP) set up.They *were* both working fine, then I erased both devices for a clean install. Set up the email accounts again, now none of my own attachments download on either device.When I say not downloading, I see the attachment download box (dashed box with download arrow inside), and on pressing it, the attachment downloads (0 to XX kb), but then the download box just flashes back to showing the file size, and the attachments do not show. I keep pressing the download box but it flashes and nothing happens. Same with .jpg .png .doc .xls .pdf, etc.BEFORE THE FORMAT:All attachments downloaded correctly (as far as I can remember) before I had erased both devices.NOW:

The download of the 5.1 completed but the process failed while applying it to my phone with an error message. May 30, 2012My iPhone 4S keeps asking me for my password - over and over - when I try to download an app. I've noticed that when I try to download free apps or update an existing app, it lets me do it. But if I try to download a free app or even a ringtune it will tell me I need to update payment info, then goes to ask for my password, then it requests my password again and again.

Jun 1, 2012Ever since I downloaded the new IOS software I have had problems downloading music in itunes on my iphone4.I can access the itunes store on my phone, i can purchase the music and then when the phone starts to download it goes through part way and then starts over and continues to do this over and over.It never downloads on the actual phone. I have to go into itunes on my laptop and download the music and then sync it with my phone.Can anyone offer any help as to what is causing this

Sep 4, 2014I was using Outlook Express to send & receive mail. And then (because Outlook Express has been giving me fits with errors and needing to put my password in every time I wanted to use it) I switched to Mail (the one that came on my Mac).Â
And now, with Mail, something crazy is happening on my iPhone and iPad. It showed that it was downloading and downloading and downloading, but I don’t know what it was downloading. Archived stuff? Everything that is in everything in every folder on my Mac?
Then it stopped downloading stuff, and now it won’t send, I get an error saying that it Cannot Send Mail.Â
I tried to delete my email account from settings so that I could start over, but the gear just spun and spun for over 30 minutes.Â
I think that it must be connected to the fact that I switched from Outlook Express to Mail.Â
