I connected my 3gs to itunes today and after it asked for a 5.1 upgrade, I clicked Ok to start the process. The download of the 5.1 completed but the process failed while applying it to my phone with an error message. Now my phone is stuck without an OS and is neither getting detected by iTunes or would it start on its own

i have a app stuck in the downloading process it shows "waiting" and does not show what it is and is running my battery when i use the phone how do i fix this.
My Iphone 4 has been synchronizing for 4 hours and seems to be stuck on step 6 of 6 (Downloading Safari safe browsing data). It was taking a very long time before, and I had to stop the syncronization before it was finished. Now all of my music is greyed out. Is this normal?
tried downloading upgrade to OS 7.1, but my BB 9360 stuck in backup, it doesn't work, I can't use DM either, it doesn't connect to the BB, I don't really know what to do, everything I've tried is useless. I tried an hard reset but each time it starts over the backup and it stops on 14%...
I am trying to update my device after the 4G upgrade. When I first got it, i did not do a factory reset and it downloaded some apps but not all.I then did a factory reset and it shows all the apps to download, but it is not downloading. The apps are just stuck on "downloading."I left it on over night and no movement. I tried both WIFI, 3G, and 4G.I tried 2 more factory resets and nothing.I tried going to the market web page and click install on device.
I'm experiencing troubles with my new Lumia 950. During migration, a few apps installed, but still about 50 are pending and the download is stuck. Downloading the OS update is also stuck at 0%. The internet access is fine, I can browse web through IE.
Stuck @ "Downloading update..." screen when trying first time connection/start up.
"Downloading update... Waiting for download
This update is 43.8 MB. To continue the download, select a Wi-Fi network.
Via Wi-Fi only until Nov 26
Update size: 43.8MB".
Back button on "Downloading update..." screen doesn't respond.
6P is connected to Verizon mobile hotspot wifi. Verizon wifi speed more than 6Mbps, ping 60 ms (tested from Dolphin browser without data compression)
The 6P Wi-Fi list indicates Status- Connected Signal strength- Excellant Link speed- 72Mbps Frequency- 2.4 GHz Security- WPA2 PSK
The 6P phone "Update phone" screen proves internet access by connecting to Google terms of service and privacy policy web pages and allowing web page links to work. Even able to navigate to the Google search/sign in page from the 6P "Update phone" screen, but can't sign in because no keyboard pop up.
Verified the wifi network works for all my other devices. Tried forgetting/rescaning wifi network many times, tried with and without the Google Fi sim card many times, tried wiping cache, factory reset, and recovery modes many times. Tried leaving the 6P connected to the Verizon mobile hotspot for more than 15 hours. Tried the Fi LTE.
After more than 25 restart/initialization attempts, only the previously mentioned web pages display on the 6P "Update phone" screen, on wifi or LTE.
I am trying to flash 4.4.3 to my N5, but fashboot flash command is stuck at "sending.." and the fastboot screen is stuck at "downloading..." If I hold the power button to reboot the phone then it boots fine.
My phone ran out of battery so I put it on charge, as normal. Upon returning to my phone 30 minutes later it was on a bright, light blue / green screen that said "Factory Mode" in the top left corner and "Downloading - Do Not Turn Off Target" in the centre. I left this for an hour as I couldn't do anything, and it is still the same? Can't even turn the device off, or on.
I've not even had the phone a month, only have a handful of social media apps and last used it to take photos. Phone ran out of battery again. Rebooted after a charge and it is fine.
I know my way around PC hardware and OS's.My problem sarted when I went to the T-mobile update. Phone stuck on "downloading update...", blue text on white background. Unable to boot into recovery, but was able to get into download mode. I found the correct ICS firmware update .tar file, but Odin 1.85 will not work. It always sticks on Setup Connection. Others fixed this by using differnt USB port and/or cable. Tried all 10 USB ports, nada; don't have another cable, but I'm out to get one this morning. I assume if I can get to download mode I'm not totally bricked. Only way I can get into d/l mode is to remove the battery, otherwise phone just boots to white update screen.I'm looking at a $200 brick! Wonder if I should just walk in to a T-mobile outlet and demand a fix.
After it rebooted a number of times at the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge boot screen, I held Vol -, power and home. It brought me to a screen to choose Vol + for custom OS, Vol - to cancel or Home to reload from Samsung. I initially chose Vol - and it just started rebooting again. Did the 3 finger salute and chose the Home button. It's now been sitting on a turquoise screen with the phone info in the top left corner and it states in the middle "Downloading...Do not turn off target" It's been on this screen for about two hours now.
I have galaxy s5 I'm currently on a vacation so I and I wish I didn't ,putted my phone in the pool,it worked fine for like 2 mins but then it told me that headset is connected although I didn't connect any,and then the screen went off,I hurried to the romm and wiped all the water inside ,but still it wouldn't work , I tried exchanging batteries, didn't work, but then outta hope I tried one last time and luckily I had a screen saying "downloading. Don't turn device off" which means that the processor and screen are working .
I've downloaded apps via the store before, however I was having trouble with MobileTag.It says "Downloading 0%" and hasn't changed.
I tried clicking Cancel and then Download. I have also tried exiting the Store and trying again.I went to store.ovi.com and it shows MobileTag as Downloaded even though it hasn't and I can't re-download it.
Like others, I tried the software update, and then my phone constantly got stuck at the four little circles at start up. I followed some instructions I found on AndroidPit:
1. From a powered off state, press the Power button to start your Nexus 5. When you see the Google logo press and hold the Volume Down key and release when the device vibrates. 2. Use the volume keys to highlight Recovery Menu and press the Power button to select. This will bring you to a screen with an Android on its back. 3. Hold the Volume Up key for 5 secs then release and a new menu will appear. 4. First off, you can use the volume keys to select Wipe Cache Partition. This will cause your phone to restart. once this is done, re-do the previous steps to get back to the same screen (the one that Wipe Cache Partition was on). 5. Highlight Wipe Data/Factory Reset and select using the Power key. Scroll down to Yes, Delete All Data and press the Power button again to select. 6. Your Nexus 5 will now wipe your data and reformat. 7. On the next screen hit the Power button to select Reboot System Now.
It has been 40 minutes now and it's stuck on 'Formatting /data'. Is this normal?
I've only had this phone for a couple of months and it was functioning perfectly until now I haven't rooted it or anything.
I just had a broken iPhone replaced and I started downloading my apps from my old iPhone back onto my new one, via iCloud, in the Apple Store. When I left the Apple Store, they stopped downloading (naturally), as I was not connected to WiFi- but once I got home and re-connected to WiFi, they would not continue downloading. How do I get my apps to continue downloading?
Info: iPhone 4, iOS 5.1, replaced phone from a broken one
Even when you disable the setting to use cellular data for music downloads, when you enable iTunes match and are downloading files, if you walk away from your hotspot, iTunes keeps downloading you music.I've tried anything, but only completly disabling cellular data (network setting) prevents me from using up loads of data traffic while having iTunes Match downloads.
Why are my apps not downloading? They just sit there waiting and I keep getting an error saying that my purchases cannot be downloaded at this time and to try again later. I have tried logging out and in, and rebooting but neither has worked
I'm having an issue with Gmail (IMAP) not downloading attachments from myself! (I use Gmail to archive documents, etc). Same issue on my iPhone 4 and iPad 3, both iOS 5.1, using the default mail app with default "Gmail" account (IMAP) set up.They *were* both working fine, then I erased both devices for a clean install. Set up the email accounts again, now none of my own attachments download on either device. When I say not downloading, I see the attachment download box (dashed box with download arrow inside), and on pressing it, the attachment downloads (0 to XX kb), but then the download box just flashes back to showing the file size, and the attachments do not show. I keep pressing the download box but it flashes and nothing happens. Same with .jpg .png .doc .xls .pdf, etc.BEFORE THE FORMAT:All attachments downloaded correctly (as far as I can remember) before I had erased both devices.NOW:
Attachments sent *from* me (...@gmail.com), via Gmail website, to me or anyone else, BEFORE formatting my iPad 3 and iPhone 4, do NOT download. However, if I then forward the email, including attachments, the attachments appear in the outgoing message preview! (so they're not corrupt)Attachments sent *from* me (...@gmail.com), via Gmail website, to me or anyone else, AFTER formatting my iPad 3 and iPhone 4, DO download and correctly appear in the email.Attachments sent *from* me (...@gmail.com), via iPhone/iPad, to me or anyone else, any time BEFORE or AFTER formatting my iPad 3 and iPhone 4, appear correctly.
Attachments sent from anyone else, *to* me (...@gmail.com), always appear correctly. On a friend's iPhone 3G (iOS 4.2.1), adding my gmail account using the default "Gmail" setting (IMAP) works fine - all attachments download and showOn a friend's iPhone 4 (iOS 5.1), adding my gmail account using the default "Gmail" setting (IMAP) replicates my problem - all attachments from me (sent before the format) do not download. (So it's not specific to my own devices!)Gmail Exchange server (m.google.com) works fine:all attachements download and show correctly. Also no problem using Thunderbird IMAP or the Gmail web interface. So it looks like it might be a problem with iOS 5.1, however it all seemed to be working fine before I did the erase/format.and new emails sent from me always appear correctly... actually that might explain why it was working before (as I was always downloading new emails, and not looking at archives).
I downloaded an app on iTune on Mac and tried to sync it with my iphone 3GS. It says I should download using iTune because it is more than 50mb. But I have already downloaded on iTunes. What should I do?
