Oct 13, 2015I have had my Z5 for a few weeks, and it has been great. In the last day or so it has started to reboot every few minutes. I've spent today trying to debug it with logcat (through adb).

It looks like as soon as the phone tries to go into a lower power state, it crashes and reboots. I've gone through a number of logs, and I thought it was an issue linked to bluetooth, but disabling bluetooth or going into airplane mode didn't work.

The phone is fine when it is being used, or when it is charging it is only when it is idle for about a minute (or less) and all background activities have finished (such as a sync for an app) does it reboot.

For example, listening ot music or a podcast and the phone is fine for hours. But if I stop it, even if it remains connected to the bluetooth device, it crashes.

Apr 18, 2012SInce the latest update 12070, if my phone is plugged into the mains charging when the power / wake up button is pressed, the touch screen is notally non responsive, and you cannot use the phone. If however, you reove the mains lead BEFORE pressing the power/wakeup button, everything works fine.Rolled back to previous update, everything worked fine - mains power or not, put the update back on, and the problem returned!

According to HTC: Note: IfData connection is selected, HTC One automatically disconnects from the mobile network after 15 minutes when the screen is off and the data connection is idle (no download activity, streaming, or data usage). It reconnects and then disconnects periodically when the data connection is idle to save battery power.
Do these affect mobile data, Wifi, or both? Do they affect anything else?
I've left these off because I don't know how they work, and am getting fairly short battery life (10 to 15 hours, depending on use).

Mar 29, 2010Im using an iPhone 3GS MC Model 3.1.2 jailbreaked & unlocked by blackra1n. Well, here's what happened. I installed androidlock 2.0.1 through the sinful iphone repo on cydia. Had fun with the lock for a while and now I just want the old default slide to unlock back, so I removed androidlock. After that slide to unlock won't come back, its "tap to unlock" instead. Its only in the lock screen, calls and slide to power off are there. Tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling then removing androidlock a couple of times, installed 2.0.2 androidlock and removed, still tap to unlock.

May 12, 2012Since updating to 5.1.1 when sliding to unlock the slide stays stuck over to the right, screen frozen, buttons inactive and the phone will eventually reboot after a couple of minutes hanging. This only happens since the 5.1.1 update. Also noticing battery issues, down to 35% now, would normally be at 50%+ at this time of day.

Jun 1, 2014My iPhone 4s went out last night and was just dead. Thought that maybe a couple drops of rain got in it, so did the rice thing last night. I'd hear it text/email ping throughout the night, so figured it was working. Today, looks/sounds fine. Clear graphics on front, song plays when a call comes in and I can briefly read the text messages. My problem is:Â
The screen lock will not move. Even if I do a power off...the power off slide appears, but can't move that either. I've done the hard shut downs (pressing top/bottom) buttons...goes black...Apple symbol...home page, but still can't slide the bar. I've tried that A LOT...at least a 100 times! Same for just "Power Off"...still nothing. Took to Verizon, and all he wanted to do was sell me a new one. Figure that will be the same at the Apple store.Â
All I want to do is get it unlocked at least once, so I can do a more recent backup. (I'll p/u another phone on eBay/Craig's list)Â
