Sep 7, 2014I'm very new to an Iphone, even though I've had this phone for over two years. I'm not sure how to actually do anything on it besides text/call/internet/photos+videos. My storage is full (I have over 2000) pictures and I'm needing to transfer them pictures to my computer. I can't use Icloud due to having to much and I'm not paying the extra. So, when I plug my phone into my computer it isn't even recognizing it on ITunes. I'm not sure if that's what I'm even supposed to transfer them to.

Aug 16, 2012I use my s2 as a storage device to transfer files between home and work but the free space on my usb storage seems to be lower than it should be.The total space says 11.50gb and between pictures, audio and downloads etc its says i am using 3.19gb but it lists my free space at 3.67gb so where is the missing 4.64gb? If i recall i used to have over 6gb of free space so im not sure why this has dropped. I havent added any more files since then because once ive transfered my files between home and work i delete them.

Jun 30, 2010well iPhone 4 backs are extremely easy to take off, unlike previous iphones where you basically need to dissassemble the entire phone starting with the screen, and void warranty to get to the back, the iPhone 4 back comes off by just unscrewing the 2 bottom screws. also Its possible to replace the back cover without voiding warranty, or leaving any evidence it was ever replaced.
If iphone 4s had the capacity laser etched on the back, apple employees would just look at the back of the iPhone to see capacity to know what capacity iPhone they should replace it with (i have seen them do this). Even if they go into settings to check something else, there is still a chance they will not look or forget to look at the capacity in the about section.If the iPhone 4 had the capacity etched on the back cover, a person could have just replaced his 16GB iphone's back cover with a 32GB one bought off ebay or something, ask for a replacement for whatever reason, and there could have been a good chance the "genius" would just look at the back of the phone, see that it is a 32GB unit, and give a 32GB iPhone as a replacement.or they could have decided not to etch the capacity on the back for cosmetic reasons

I have tried restoring the IPhone numerous times and have also deleted all of my text conversations and cleared all whatsapp conversations. Aug 25, 2014My phone 5s has reached capacity and when i look at the usage settings it says that i have 15gb of music on my phone. However when i go into my music folder i only have 30 songs. These are not extended remixes which my phone is making them out to be. Is there anything else that would be causing this as I cant do anything with my phone because of limited capacity. Also my icloud only have 4.8gb which i dont think is causing my problem.

Dec 13, 2011I've run into a bit of a problem, as have MANY Photon 4G owners have as well.since mounting my Electrify as a USB mass storage device (the two "MOT" drives pop up in explorer), now the internal storage (which is where everything is) comes up as an unreadable drive.It mounted fine when I got it, then stopped working, then worked for a day, now it doesn't work.I've tried uninstalling drivers, taking out the battery, SD card, etc etc.

Mar 17, 2012I purchased the $100 per year additional storage, however, upon purchasing it, my phone has still not upgraded to the additional storage and will not allow me to take anymore pics; it says go to settings & upgrade storage, I did that already, but it is still reading the old 5 storage bites. I do not know what else to do! I tried to reboot my phone, that did not work, after rebooting I thought perhaps if hooked it up to my laptop and tried to sync it that might help, it says itunes cannot sync due to not having enough storage, go to settings to upgrade storage.
